Staff was not unfriendly but not pleasant. I felt I was just another number when I checked in. The hotel renovations were cheaply done cutains were falling door need not seal very well. Continetal Breakfast neede improving. I had lost my top to my travel mug in the breakfast area and when I asked the server she could not speak English. They should at least be able to communicate.

I did not, I will never stay in a Quality Inn again. Bad service, room smelled of staleness, like it had once been a smoking room. Lots of people in parking lot at night, very loud, room smelled very bad.

When I opened the door to the first room I was assigned, the lights and television were on and the bed was unmade. I quickly shut the door and went back to the front desk. I was assigned another room. The interior hallways are narrow. The carpet is nasty and felt wet. I did not dare go barefoot on the carpet. The air quality was poor and damp, and the windows would not open for fresh air. The bathroom floor was as slick as glass as if it had a layer of soap on it. This hotel needs to be entirely refurbished. Replacing the carpet & heat & air conditioning system would be a good start. It is definitely not the quality I usually find in a Choice Hotel property. Needless to say, I will not stay there again.

I think it was good value for the money paid. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was adequate. When we turned on the water in the sink and shower for the first time, black gunk came out, but after letting it run it was okay. And it did not happen again. However, I did not use hotel water to make coffee. Hotel staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

The beds were very uncomfortable, top cover needs replacing. Other wise OK. We were unable to get a good nights sleep because of all the Interstate noise. The trash was picked up at 3:00 am. The dumpster was banged several times to remove the trash. This hotel needs a better buffer, next to Highway to control the noise.

The hotel rooms were dirty. My bathroom smelled like urine. Furniture was broken, and bed was practically coming off the frame.

Stayed here while visiting family. The rooms were clean and spacious and very well maintained. The carpeting in the rooms can be of a better quality, but then again I am not sleeping on the floor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will be staying here again for Easter 2007 while visiting family.
