Hotel staff was friendly, had a great recommendation for Italian Restaurant in the neighborhood. Need better signs to be able to find it from the Hiway 97, missed the turn and passed the street several times. It had no elevetor for the second floor. Quality Inn was a little costlier than what I usually pay but since there are few hotels in the area it is understandable. Also I am used to outdoor pool, however since it is ski area, I guess it is necessary to have indoor, small pool.

Continental breakfast. No elevator. For the most part the hotel is clean. There are no elevators and there is a train track across the street. Staff is friendly and the continental breakfast is what you would expect.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful during check in and check out. Staff was accomodating in locating a downstairs unit so we did not have to use stairway or elevators. Received extra towels and shampoo without question, very clean rooms, and pool & spa very satisifying. Excellent Continental breakfast, and mostly appreciative of AARP discounts.

The view was great! There some good with the bad...breakfast is in the lobby, people checking in/out while eating, one waffle iron, one toaster, had to request more batter. I was called and asked to quiet down my already quiet 8 & 1.5 yr old at 7:15pm??? Fan in bathroon plugged with dust, brokern table leg, broken dead bolt on door, speaker blown on TV, one bathroom/sink in a two bedroom ""suite!"" fridge & microwave plugged into same socket!

The room was fresh & clean and the beds were super comfortable. The pool had way too much chlorine, it really burnt the eyes. Overall, the hotel fresh and clean and the breakfast was really well rounded. The only problems were- there wasn't enough sitting area to eat and too much chlorine in the pool.

Nice breakfast. Small pool lots of chlorine (yet it was indoors that's a plus. Pretty good for the price. Clean enough, free good breakfast, indoor pool. Good for what I needed at the time.

Fenced pet area. Only once ice machine. Very nice, I will stay there again next year.

The Manager was nice. The way they due there price rates. I was pleased, this hotel could use some help on the way they do their prices for their rooms. Also another couple I was there with asked for a non smoking room and got stuck with a smoking room after the fact of their reservations.
