Quality Inn and Suites in Sherbrooke was clean and easy to find. Staff was pleasant, spoke passable English.

Good service, quiet, restaurants closed by. I wish you told us we could get senior discount at time of booking on line. For the price it was OK the room itself was clean bathroom clean but the exterior like sidewalk to your room were in poor conditions. Personnels at front desk very friendly & helpful.

We went there because our trip was last minute and there wasn't anything available in Magog, our real destination. When we arrived, we noticed that there was a tail-gate party in the parking of the hotel. It was 4 in the afternoon and the party was in full swing. We had problems the next morning logging to the hotel Wy-fy system, with our laptop. I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. The clerk informed me that an employee with internet knowledge would be arriving within the next 10 minutes and she'd give us a call. It was 8AM, at that point. When we checked out at 10:30, the clerk asked me if I had gotten assistance. I told him no. He turned and asked a woman in the adjoining office, why she hadn't called us. She answered loud enough for everybody to hear that... She was to busy and she didn't have time for that king of "&?%". So go elsewhere.

Although a free breakfast is listed as part of the amenities at this hotel, there wasn't any free breakfast. There also wasn't any * credit toward a breakfast at a nearby restaurant. So this selling point was bogus. Keep it in mind. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable. I'd stay again if the rates were lower since other hotels offer a free breakfast for the same rates.

The staff, clean rooms,and the staff. No restaurant in hotel. I used this hotel before and chose to stay there again based on my first experience, and I was pleased that it was the same good, clean, and I was met with a friendly and helpful staff. Second bonus, the WiFi is free. Good show, spot on clever. Other hotels should have this feature.

They did not have my room reservation ready so the person at the desk had to take quite a bit of time before I could check in.

The front desk staff was helpful. There was no elevator to get to the upper floors. The room was large, but I really hated lugging our bags up a narrow staircase. The hotel was very convenient to dinner and breakfast restaurants. The front desk staff (arriving and leaving) was very helpful and polite. Even though the rooms were no smoking, there was a distinct old smoke odor throughout.

Very conveniently located for restaurants etc. Small and no swimming pool etc. Facilities. Stay was ok. The hotel gave me a "smoking" room as that was the only room available when checked in at 8:30 pm. Luckily; room did not have any cigarette smell; so we decided to stay there. The stay was quite pleasant; but for the price paid, I was expecting a hotel with better facilities.
