Boarders here can easily access to the Bintang Walk, which is buzzing with fancy cafes, bars, restaurants and so on. It takes hardly one hour by car to reach Kuala Lumpur International Airport from the hotel. On the other hand, it takes around 8 minutes from the hotel to reach Kuala Lumpur Central. Moreover, the hotel shares close proximity to a number of places including Petronas Twin Towers,K uala Lumpur Convention Center, Petaling Street, Kuala Lumpur Tower and so on.

Just what KL needed. A hotel with a great location, good rates, incredibly clean and modern and professional staff. Very comfortable beds. No pool so no noisy kids, great for those who like to shop as its in the middle of 5 malls but rooms are well insulated from street noise. Will definitely be staying in future.

In an excellent location, this new boutique style hotel is excellent value for a short city break in KL. The rooms were very clean and staff were incredibly helpful. Definitely recommended.

Stayed in Deluxe Premier room from 27- to 29-Dec-08 (3D2N). Pros: 1. Very stylish boutique room, clean & neat. 2. Enough plugs (for our hand-phones/camera charging). 3. Strong shower head + separate toilet & bathroom. 4. Enough TV channels (LCD TV). 5. Free Wi-Fi in the room (but we didn't test it out). 6. Staff are welcoming & friendly. 7. Location is absolutely perfect (for shopping maniac). Cons: 1. Limited sheltered/secured parking lots (though I had parking for the whole stay). 2. No swimming pool for kids & gym. 3. Delayed room make-up service (peak season). 4. Pricey breakfast option (US$9/pax) which we didn't opt for. 5. Too many light switches in the room (no label). 6. No bathtub for our kids to enjoy bathing session. :-) 7. During check-out, receptionist made a mistake by charging us full rate despite hotel voucher; sorted out with manager in duty. Overall a pleasant experience. We will want to stay in this hotel again in future trips to KL.

Its very centrally located. There are alot of shopping centres around the hotel. Its situated near most of the international chain hotels, and the hotel is very new and nice. You would be able to avoid all the heavy traffic as we would not need to drive.

A new hotel which opened in spring 2008. Very conveniently located next to the "Lot 10" Shopping Centre at the crossing in the heart of the Bukit Bintang area, this hotel is only 1 minute away from the monorail station. The room is of very modern design and was very clean. My room, not facing the main streat, was very quiet, despite the bustling area. The staff was helpful, though they may not be accustomed yet to quick service at the front desk. The WiFi had a problem but on-line internet connection in my room was OK with my Mac with the help of the technical staff. In summary, I recommend this hotel especially if they offer you a good reduced price, which was the case for me.

I've been twice to this hotel in the last year and both times the check in was a nightmare. I could see they received the booking, but still they seem unable to give the room in a reasonable amount of time. Nobody comes to the street to pick up the luggage and (the very fast indeed) internet connection requires a technician to come to the room and modify the parameters of the laptop of the client.
