The hotel was wonderful. Quiet and clean. Right across from the beach. The young maids were so sweet. The manager was very helpful. The only negative thing would be that the windows didn't open. We just kept our door open for fresh air in the day I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Ocean Lodge Hotel was a great place to stay. The staff was polite, courteous and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. Maid service was great! The rooms are great and they are nothing like a standard hotel rooms. Our room had a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, coffee table, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen which we loved. The pool and grounds were just great. Hotel is just couple of steps from a gorgeous beach with free access for the hotels guests. We were very pleased with our stay. The room was nicer than we expected! Can't wait to come back!

This is a no frills hotel. The Room was clean and comfortable, it had a small fridge, toaster oven and a coffee pot. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, flat ware, and other things you would expect in a studio. There was a Flatscreen TV with basic cable and few local channels with HD.

Thanks to reviews on the online travel website we gave Ocean Lodge a try. The service was friendly and the place was clean and well appointed. We stayed five nights and the daily service was great. The price was fair and we enjoyed the location. Easy access north and south. Our only problem was a very crunchy bed. If you just sat on the edge or turned over, the bed announced your move. So...if you are on a honeymoon, forget it unless you want the entire building to follow your every move. For us, it won't be enough to keep from returning but a better mattress will be a must. Hopefully every room doesn't have the same mattress. Oh yes, the wonderful beach IS just across the road and the pool is very nice...and heated.

The air conditioner was noisy as if it was a train running through our room. Bed was BAD and I mean BAD!!! it was making so much noise it was not possible to turn in it. Lights were very dark and the whole room was dark. Kitchen is small and practically useless. Cookware was terrible the teflon pots and pans were all scratched and teflon falling off of it. I would NEVER come to this place. For 2 weeks we were basically prisoners. Because of bad kitchen we ended up eating out more than planed and spent more money then expected. On a positive note: Location of the hotel is good, proximity to ocean and restaurants is good, you have to have a car though. There are no restaurants or stores within a walking distance.

I went by myself for a little R and R. I was concerned about how little I was spending on my room, but again, by myself I figured I would deal with anything. Let me tell you how absolutely shocked I was at how clean this place was! The rooms were all VERY well appointed and CLEAN. I could not have asked for a better deal for my money. The service was wonderful and the location was perfect. Boca really caters to walkers and joggers, so there was an amazing walking path that I used every morning, with a fabulous beach that I practically had all to myself! Honestly, this place was a dream and I will be back for many many more trips. There were children staying there, and yes I could hear them at the pool. It is a small place, but it was nice and quiet at night. There are no phones, but I had my cell phone, so it really did not phase me in the least. Perfect location, perfect rates, very clean!

This hotel was great. It was clean, inexpensive and relaxing. I plan on staying there again, and would recommend it to anyone.
