| Good Hotel in main downtown area of Phonm Penh - there are many more to choose from on the main water front - which has a little more character |

| A nice hotel, the staff were excellent and very helpful with any queries we had. The area isn't great at night but a tuk tuk will take you anywhere else in the city for a small fare. Its only a 10mins walk from the main shopping square so the location is quite good. |

| overpriced for 3 star hotel with basic amenities.
the room I stayed in (junior suite) was dimly lit. price USD 60 per nite.
toilet a bit small with the cover falling on your back, when you sit on it.
breakfast has vey limited choices.
security features ok including the lift which requires electronic card coding.
staff and frontdesk employees are friendly.
housekeeping service, efficent.
threadbare towels in the bathroom.
bathsoaps, the size of your thumb!
room faces the side road. |

| Was ok for what it was, although not the best location as the surrounding area is a bit edgy at times
Good size hotel tho and reasonable value with very helpful staff |

| The room was large. That's about all the good news. We checked out after one night.
Location: The hotel is on a main road. It is a convenient location to amenities like restaurants etc - but VERY NOISY if on the wrong side of the hotel. We were unable to sleep the entire night.
Service: We booked a double room. We were given a twin, and advised there were no doubles available. The most helpful they got was to suggest we push the two twin beds together!
Room: Large. Damp. Smelt. Everything was old, and in need of renovation. The air conditioner was dreadful and loud. The shower was non-existent, and consisted of a movable showerhead that was about waist high - literally. Even the toilet paper was single ply!!
Breakfast: Not remotely note worthy.
After an unpleasant night, no sleep, we shopped around and found the Billabong Hotel. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. A pool. Much smaller but clean and quiet with great air-conditioning. I would stay there again. |
