The staffs there are very polite ...although the double bed room is a bit small , but after all they upgraded us with a bigger suite :) Overall , its a good hotel and if i were to go back to hk again, will probably stay there again :)

Hotel was great, the Nathan Rooms new decor is lovely, service was good, good value for the money with breakfas, and high speed internet. Will definatly stay their again, perfect location for shopping . Hotel staff was most helpful.

For Tourist who wish to stay at Nathan Hotel Hong Kong, remember to bring extra battery for your video cam or camera. There only 2 socket point, 1 for the table lamp and the other is for the fridge. If you are a heavy electronic user, please bring extra battery as it is inconvenience to charge ur video cam or camera battery. Thanks

The service was excellent, they went out of their way to be friendly & helpful. We booked in early so they didn't have our room ready so they upgraded our room to a suite which was very much appreciated. I would stay there again. Very handy to the markets!!

Front desk staff all spoke English and were extremely helpful and courteous. Housekeeping staff were cheerful, friendly, and very accommodating! Door staff equally helpful with tourist directions, taxis and free shuttle bus services. Accommodation was just what was needed after a 12 hour flight - try the Nathan Suite! Excellent 'communication room' on the Nathan Floor - free internet with coffee and/or soft drinks, papers, TV, sofa. Restaurant service helpful and attentive - try the New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc which was very good value and went down a treat at the end of a long, hot day. Only disappointment was the rooftop bar - very modern/'trendy' decor, great potential but poor service and expensive drinks (disappointing Singapore Sling - OK so this is Hong Kong, not Singapore the home of the Sling!). Useful for those with a late flight out of HK: the 12 pm checkout time can be extended to early evening for 50% of the daily room rate. I'd quite like to revisit the Nathan.

Stayed at this hotel earlier this year in one of the newere re-furbished rooms, and again this time. The refurbished rooms are very pleasant and would happily stay again if I can get a similar "last minute" rate as for the current stay. One additional benefit for the room type I had was that (a) breakfast is included, and (b) unlimited internet access from the room also included, which was useful for me as I always carry my laptop computer with me when I travel.

Stayed there in Sept 2008. Very good location, friendly staff, clean, nice rooms. The triple one was huuuuge. Plenty of shops around, restaurants as well. VERY convenient express bus connection with the airport - the stop is right in front of the hotel. For your morning coffee - skip Starbucks which is in the lobby and go to nextdoors Eaton Hotel, where the Main Street Coffee shop is much more nicer.

Great Location!!! near lots of places to eat and it is almost centrally located on Nathan Rd. It is a short walk to MTR station and Temple Street night market. This is my first stay in this hotel and will stay there again. Overall the room & location were good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great Location! The hotel is near lots of places to get a bite to eat and it is kind of centrally located on Nathan Rd. It is a short walk to MTR station and Temple Street night market. This is my 2nd stay in this hotel and will stay there again.
