This place is not a good deal but not a big rip off. Everything close to the casinos is overpriced. Nothing special here. I believe it should be thirty percent cheaper. Price is the same if you use fancy site or just call hotel. Area is pleasnt enough in summer esp if you like seafood. That's all I dare say for fear of censors.

Great location, the room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet. Check in was fast and the hotel staff was very friendly.

The bathroom was at least 10 years old with mold on some of the walls. The bedding looked like it had not been changed out (especially the blanket, in over 5. The outside grounds were still littered with trash on Saturday afternoon from the night before. The housekeeping staff did not make the beds completely and only supplied us with one towel. No clock in the room. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel was comfy. The bathroom has good space and I especially liked the shower/bath that was roomy. The location was removed from town but area resturants were not too far from hotel. Enjoyed the entertainment insurrounding cities. Hotel staff was very friendly and accomidating; although houskeeping was a little short from average. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned on our second day stay. Overall it was a good visit. The pool was excellent.

The Motel 6 in Niantic is perfect for anyone on a budget. However, remember you get what you pay for. When staying at this motel, remember to bring shampoo, toothpaste, and possibly an extra pillow (they are a little flat). The motel is right off of I95 and has limited eateries, Starbucks, nearby. It was what we were looking for, a clean place to sleep and shower. (They do provide bar soap) One more note, if you are claustrophobic, be aware that the rooms are on the smaller side. It is a nice place to stay if you are coming from the ferries or going to the casinos.

The hotel room was clean, but small. A good value for the money. It was convenient to Mohegan Sun casino and a good place to stay on a weekend night.

My seven year old son and I stayed here and were both very pleased. He thought we were in this great hotel. I think the appeal is the fact the motel is all redone and there is access to a pool. There is also a nice mountain view from the balcony. And it was a great buy for the price. I would definately go back.

I was looking for a hotel for the Memorial Day Weekend in Mystic and everthing affordable was already booked. I looked at the Motel 6 reviews which is 20 minutes away, read the reviews and decided to go with it. I was pleased when I saw the Motel and location. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to settle for a smoking room because there were no other vacancies and the room did smell like cigarettes. Other than that it was a fine stay for the night. The pool was clean and got a good amount of sun.

Motel 6 was a great place to stay but the rooms are kind of small and cramped. The staff left cute soaps in the bathroom and sinks but there was no shampoo or conditioner. I had to ask the front desk if they had any and they said that they don't but they could ask around for some. Also the pillows were very flat and kind of uncomfortable. Other than that the stay was very nice and cozy.
