No Car ParkOur stay started with a few little hiccups but thankfully we got them sorted. Was disappointed that this hotel has no car park, on night of arrival we had to park car on the street which we then had to move at 8am following morning (not what you plan to do when you are away for a few days) to a car park. Reception said a discount would apply when removing the car from car park which didn't happen. This added an extra £20.50 to our stay.

Jury's Belfast is in a great location. It is very centrally located--close to numerous, bars, restaurants, stores and public transportation. It is extremely convenient to the Northern Ireland bus station and the Dublin to Belfast bus stops right outside the hotel. For anyone who wishes to get around without a car, this is the perfect hotel.

Juris BelfastA bit noisy when room facing the street. Comfy beds. Breakfast's rich and a lot. Very central located. For business reasons without any doubt recommendable.

Lovely staff, great service, super location for exploring Belfast. City tour buses seemed to pick up right outside the hotel. 2 mins walk to bus & train station which was great for us as we we needed to get to Belfast International Aiport by bud after our night's stay. Also 5 mins walk to main shopping area and city hall. The breakfast was definitely worth paying a bit extra for as there was lots of choice.

WaterI booked into this hotel for a night out on Friday only to find after checking in and getting into room there was no water in the hotel. The water came back on at about 4am on the Saturday morning. If I had been told this at reception I would have tried to book other accommodation. The water was back on on Saturday morning but the shower was only running with cold water.

The night we decided to go to an up-market hotelWhen we arrived, we were told that there was no rooms available for wheelchair access. I showed the receptionist the confirmation of booking and where it specifically asked for an accessible room. She then talked to the manager who said that the room had been booked prior to my reservation. I reminded him that 44 days had elapsed and if it was pre-booked, why wasn't I informed. He then found another accessible room. Then, while we were having a drink, he came to tell us it was now unavailable. To his credit, he accepted all the blame, gave us free drinks, a free breakfast, a free dinner, and then waived the tariff.

Excellent value for moneyWe had stayed here before so we knew what to expect. We tried the restaurant for dinner. The food was Ok, not great. The restaurant could have been better appointed.

Take your booking ocnfirmation! The price that I was charged was different to the price the room was booked at. it is now Wednesday, I returned home on Monday and they still have £53 of my money that doesn't belong to them after rounding the booking up by some £68 so that I could have "credit"! Why do people accept this?

Good timeA very pleasant stay at Jurys inn Belfast. On arrival we were met by a very lovely girl at reception. We needed a cot for our baby and she had one delivered to our room within 10 mins of arriving. Our room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. There was no noise in the hotel or outside the hotel at night. The location was very central within walking distance to the shops and restaurants and the sightseeing bus went from outside the door of the hotel. The food in the restauant was ok. Couldn't really complain about it and the service was very good. Didn't have breakfast there because I thought it was a bit pricey. If I was to say anything negative it would that I thought the rate was overpriced for a room only. But it wouldn't put me off staying there again.

Belfast City BreakThe hotel is in a central location near Victoria Square and easy to access off the motorway. The hotel staff were helpful. The room was clean, although small without any amenities - basic room which served our purpose for an overnight city break. Felt it was good value for the money.

Jurys Inn is in with usWe had a lovely Short Break at the Jurys Inn in Belfast. We can't recommend the hotel enough. High standards and quality in every department. The staff at reception showed understanding and kindness when we were delayed at the ferry terminus. The hotel is plush, clean and perfectly central to all that Belfast has to offer. We would come again without hesitation. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fantastic location, fab room staff not very helpful.I was getting overcharged on my credit card only I happened to see how much they were typing into the machine and when I asked about it they were telling me I was wrong only i had proof of the price. Even then the staff member was not very apologetic. The girls I was with also had issues regarding the customer service. Such a pity because the location of the hotel and the rooms were fab. There is also no car park in the hotel but they recommend a car park nearby which is very good.
