The hotel doesn't offer wireless internet, only a landline that is super slow, which is inconvenient. But it's new and the rooms are clean, if not incredibly spacious.

The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was closed down half an hour earlier than they stated. Great place to stay if you and your family aren't looking for anything fancy. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This appears to be a modular facility. The rooms are a little smaller than average...but then the cost was smaller than average. Good value. Relatively new property...decent condition.

Convenient to highway, new and clean. Free breakfast was pathetic. Nice, clean and convenient to highway. The complimentary breakfast was a joke, however.

We stayed here en route to another locale and were very pleased with the hotel and stay. Our room was very clean as were the public areas. The continental breakfast was fine, simple, nothing special. With their low rate, this would be a good place to stay and sight see the surrounding area (e.g., Smokies). We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends who want something simple but clean and fresh.

Price was good. Clean. In good shape. Employee's didn't have a personality. Hard to understand. It was ok. Employees could be more friendly. Need to work on their English.

This is a great place to stay. It's close to the mountains and just far enough away to be peaceful. Located just off Interstate 40, it's easy to find and parking is adequate. The continental breakfast is simple but sufficient and there is plenty of room for seating. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we decided to stay another night, the front desk honored travelocity's rate without question. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is a new motel and it shows. We would highly recomment this motel and would stay again.

What I saw was very clean. It was very easy to hear people in the other rooms. The hotel was was very clean. The shower didn't have a lot of pressure and ran out of hot water.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is terrible, limited choices and tasteless. We arrived late, they held our room and were prepared for us when we arrived (paperwork, keys, etc.) Do not plan on eating the breakfast, isn't worth it. Wife left her glasses there, we called and they held them 2 days till we returned to pick them up.

New hotel. Facilities were clean and in good repair. College girl's volleyball team was staying on our floor. Very noisy early in the morning. Overall a positive experience. Good value for the money. I would stay there again.

Fairly new so clean and nice. New, so don't have a sign at the corner yet with others. Right off the 40 - Close to tourist stuff and Carson-Newman College - nice pool and breakfast.
