Close to Grotto with very helpful staff. We had requested a quiet room, and they obligingly put us on the top floor, overlooking a narrow street.

This is my second stay there and I will return, perfect in location and prices, the restaurant was very very good.

Although this was the first time traveling to Lourdes I have to say that I throughly enjoyed this little hotel very much. The rooms was very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean sheets provided everyday. Although my room was a bit small room for two people for soemone traveling alone, like I was, it was perfcet fit, after all I'm not there to hang out in my room but go the grotto and other places in Lourdes. The only draw back was the the shower was really small and oddly shaped. And the elevator was so slow that by the time it arrived I needed a shave! Overall, however, the place was very good and located just far enough off the main street to be restful and quiet, but close enough to be at the grotto within three minutes tops! I plan on staying there again when in Lourdes!

The staff was very kind and helpful. We were treated with kindness and the staff spoke English well. The attached store was priced reasonably and had special 10% for the guests. They helped to call the taxi for transportation to airport. In all I recommend the hotel and will stay again. JV from Canada.
