After staying in a new "smart stay" Holiday Inn Express in SC, we decided we loved the fresh, clean,white comfy beds, so we booked in Vt. for a college visit with my oldest son. We were so pleased they had the same cozy beds and clean decor. The bath area with a one sink in and one sink out made it easier with a teen boy and 2 mom's traveling together. The pool area was pretty neat too. The breakfast was normal hotel style but substantial. The location was convenient to everything and easy to find. We did all the touristy things-the bagel shop nearby was awesome!

The beds are extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The heating system was so loud we could not talk to each other when it was on. We had to unplug it to sleep! The hotel and the room were great. There was not restaurant in the hotel but there was one right next door. The heater/air conditioner is ridiculously loud - on low! We had to unplug it while in the room to talk to each other without yelling. We unplugged it as soon as we returned. Other than this the staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay here again, but probably with earplugs next time.

this hotel has new remodeled rooms with the comfy beds and updated rooms. the location is great, close to everything. pool area is nice for kids but jacuzzi tub was really dirty.Service is not that great but price and location is worth the stay.

The hotel met the expectations of basic, clean accommodations. The beds were particularly comfortable. The only disappointment was that there were no premium television options, no on-demand movie features.

The S. Burlington Holiday Inn Express was a good place to stay. It is close to downtown Burlington, the room was good sized and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the kids loved the pool area. We will stay there again.

The layout of the room was perfect. Plenty of lounging space. I liked that they divided the shower and toilet area from the vanity area, very practical. Beds and bedding were very comfy.

Good location adjacent to Lake View Inn Restaurant. Desk lmap in room turned on at 3am. Staff attitudes and room cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Desk and unbroken, adjustable desk chair a plus for computer work. Bed comfortable and although this room was behind the elevator, noise was not an issue due to location of bed. Towels & bed linens lovely.

VERY clean. Comfortable beds. Nothing comes to mind. It's a fine, basic motel room with courteous service. A quiet, very clean basic motel room with all necessary services. An added benefit is a very nice restaurant right next door.

Pool + breakfast. Ants. The hotel itself was fine except for the ants. Yes, ants in December go figure. Otherwise I had some sort of gastro and my wife made me use the pool toilet which had lots of ants. My kids wouldn't sleep and my wife wanted to kill me. The service was indeed friendly and professional.

Good sized rooms, comfortable bed and a sofa bed! A little noisy just from people walking in room above. Holiday Inn express South Burlington is well located near the South Burlington/Shelburne town line and about 3 miles from downtown Burlington. While no restaurant, they do provide a free, limited continental breakfast. The beds are comfortable, looks like generally new fixtures, towels and linens throughout. Because of the hotel configuration there is little road noise.
