As soon as I gave my name at the front desk, the staff person said "Oh, a reduced rate". She told me my room number and that was it. When I got to the room, I wasn't happy that I had been given a handicapped room. The bathroom facilities were not appropriate for my small child. When I requested a room change, I got got a poor attitude. I had to state that I had booked this room several months ago and whether I had a reduced rate or not, I should still recieve a room change, like any other customer. It took over 30 minutes before I recieved any answer. Then I finally got the room change.

New construction, nicely decorated. Cluttered hallways with sweepers, cribs, boxes - hallways & elevators not vacuumed, Did not change the entire 4 days. If cleanliness and attention to detail are an issue, this is not the place for anybody. We had a horifying experience when we opened the drawer to look for a phone book. There was a used item in the drawer that had been there for a while!

I stayed at this hotel for one night on a business trip and very pleased with everything. It was a very clean, comfortable hotel...AND THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL!! The front desk employees made the check in process quick and pleasant. They were friendly and very helpful. After getting to my room I realized that I had forgotten some toiletries and someone kindly brought them to my room. They had free wireless and free breakfast, so that was a plus.

I stay at this appointment when I have appointments in the morning. I am a Choice Privileges Member and this hotel participates in this rewards program. I've stayed in many rooms and have never had a bad experience. They are clean and organized, and the beds seem comfortable. I like the location behind Friendly's because I usually walk over and get icecream or milkshakes for me and my husband. We both like the atmosphere.

Our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites, South Burlington, VT, was very enjoyable. It was very nice. Our only complaint, if you could call it that, was that the breakfast area was very congested and there was inadequate staff to keep things cleaned up.

Location. Mold in freezer, tub, and on shower curtain. Last time staying here, we tried one more time from the first time and the tub had mold in the jets, the shower curtain had mold along the bottom, and the freezer in the dorm size fridge had mold in it, a big clump of mold. What scared me the most is to think that they probably don't wash the sheets as the maids making rounds didn't remove one but of bedding from used rooms, think about it.

My family and I had to come to burlington for a couple hospital visits. The hotel was just a few minutes away from the hospital, and they offered a free shuttle that took us back and forth 24 hours!! All the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. They had a nice big pool to keep our children happy and we also enjoyed thier free breakfast in the morning. Although this wasn't a leisure trip, this hotel made us feel at home, away from home. We would definatley come here again.

My only complaint was that housekeeping only passed to clean our room at 5pm, and not during the entire day that we were not there. Maybe it was because it was a busy weekend there!??! King size bed, with queen pull-out couch and microwave and small fridge were good to have with a toddler.

we had reservations at another major brand hotel in town and to my serprise it was not good and we were so lucky at 5:30 pm to call and get a excellant room. the place was spotless and looked new. the breakfast was great and i think this is the best place to stay in burlington . slept like a baby , had great tv , very clean .

Client Services lacking with front desk staff. Room was average with thin walls as we could hear everything from the adjacent room. Also, the highway was right next to our room, so quite noisy. Many better choices of hotels in the area. I will choose a different hotel on my next visit.

It was convenient to where we were going could have been very nice but was dirty. The hot tub was dirty and had a film around it, things floating and the pool was cold. The fruit at breakfast was old and items left in the room did not belong. It was convenient to the highway and affordable but it should have been cleaner and spiffed up a bit. With some small changes it could be a very nice affordable place to stay in that area. We will be going back to the area but I am not sure after our experience if we would stay again due to the not clean of the place

the checkout time is 11am. and we were loading our vehicle around 10:20am and the hotel deactivates the room key. so if you have to make multiple trips to the car, you will have to go to the front desk for them to reactivate the key.this can really affect your travel if you have to catch a flight. Also have to ask for room with fridge,microwave,etc; we thought this was standard in suites but found out it is not always so.

this hotel is good for the business traveler in back of friendly's restaurant (open late) rooms are clean and the hotel staff are very nice. Great rates for a basic room and continental breakfast
