Hida Hotel Plaza

Being surrounded by the mountainous area, the hotel offers guests the chance to try an observation bath, an outdoor bath and a Jacuzzi on the top of floor of Kita building. From Tokyo Station, take the bullet train for Nagoya and change for Takayama (JR Takayama Line, 129-minutes) to Takayama Station. The hotel offers several restaurants, cafe, and bars that serve Japanese, French and Chinese cuisines. The bar, "Shabutei" serves locally brewed sake. The hotel is 8-story grey building that is very modern in style. The lobby is designed with an image of "The wind of Hida" and water feature. There is some seating areas for quiet relaxation.
