We came to ski at Northstar, so this was in a great spot, and even though it was near the street it was very quiet. Pros: Rooms were clean Location Cons: Fan/Heating system was rather noisy Only one elevator

Close to Northstar ski resort. I enjoyed my hotel stay. The room was perfect for two and very very clean. I would recommend this to my friends and stay again.

We booked this at the last minute, changing our trip itinery. It was a lovely new hotel. We had a junior suite which was very large, comfortable beds etc. The breakfast was more than adequate, and we made good use of the pool. People were helpfula dn I was able to use the laundry which was reasonably priced. Full marks - we'll be back.

Hampton Inn treated me like royalty. Breakfast in the morning and snacks at night. Free cable and internet as well as the friendliest staff. I was very impressed! I definately would stay there again. This was the best hotel stay I have ever had.

The room was comfortable and convenient. Breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. My only complaint - the heater was very noisy and was somewhat disruptive to our sleep. From my experience, heater and air conditioner noise is a common problem at hotels.

It was clean, comfortable. It was close to the ski slopes. Nope. Great stay. The cost was reasonable. It was convenient to Northstar. The staff was friendly. We'd recommend it to friends and family.

the hotel was very nice and the staff helpful with all of our request, they were even able to find us a place to eat after we got in late. overall we had a enjoyable stay

Hampton Inn and Suites was in a great location for affordable and nice accommodations for family skiing. It was close to Tahoe and other ski areas. It was very clean and big enough for our family of six. The staff was very nice (even when my 5 year old broke the microwave plate) and the breakfast was great. The suites have a separate kitchen area with a microwave, sink, and refrigerator. It was decorated nicely.

I liked everything, the closeness to North Star Resort. Breakfast food was not that great. Great hotel, great staff, great distance to North Star.

This Hampton is fairly new. The rooms are comfortable and attractive, with quality decor that manages to look both upscale and down-home at the same time. The rustic feel extends to the airy, well lit common area in the lobby. The free breakfast buffet is better than most. My only dislike about this hotel is that it seems overpriced.
