With a location so close to shopping that must see a lot of turnaround it's very clean and tidy. Had a room on the side of a busy street. But didn't notice the noise most of the time. I have stayed here several times and always find the rooms to be very clean and comfortable. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. With a location so close to shopping I find this hotel to be a great value.

The location was good and the staff was excellent. TheTV was blurry. The location was great, I got to check in before the check in time. The staff was very friendly.

When arriving at the hotel, no one was at the front counter. There was no bell to ring. I stood there hoping I was on a camera somewhere. Not until I repeatedly said,Hello did anyone come out of the office, only after he ended his cell phone call, of course.

Location and hot tub. Our room smelled like wet towels. The hotel is less than great. Nice hotel with a hot tub. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly, and I over all enjoyed my experience. We plan on coming back in February.

We shopped at the birch run outlets and this hotel was super close. We enjoyed the hotel's hot tub after a long day of shopping and driving. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was more than expected. Rooms large and clean. We were very satisfied.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. The hot choice of scrambled eggs cheese ham on the breakfast buffet was terrible strong air freshener smell in the room. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable with lots of comfy pillows and plenty of towels in the bathroom, we enjoyed our stay.

Location. Left a robe on the bed, called and robe could not be found. Room was too small for 2 queen sized beds and needed desk; 1 king size bed would work.

Room was very clean and roomy. Breakfast was also included and excellent. Nothing I did not like. I was very pleased and so were those traveling with me. It was convenient to Frankenmuth, and as I have stayed there before, I would not hesitate to stay again.

Close to highway, shopping, nice and clean. Odd entrance off main street (through KFC parking lot). A little trouble finding entrance, but otherwise a nice clean place. Staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable. Room very comfortable. Lovely pool!

Hotel was clean with good pool/spa facility & dining area. Front desk was not always staffed. I was pleased that things seemed so clean. There was a nice pool/spa area and also a clean, organized area for breakfast. Front desk didn't always have someone there for help, etc. Overall a great place to stay with family. I'd stay here again!

The complimentary breakfast was great. The entrance was a little hard to find in the darkness. A good place to stay when coming to Birch Run or Frankenmuth.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great location, easy checks in and out. We had to stay in a smoking room because that is all there was available as a non smoker it really smelled like smoke. Even the mattress smelled it. I would definitely go back! The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was pleasant and very helpful.

The location was convenient for our needs. It was very hard to locate the entrance off of the highway. This hotel was in an affordable price range unlike many of the hotels in Frankenmuth, MI.

Pool hot tub was nice, exercise facility nice, beds comfortable. No computer available for use, small/cheap pillows. Decent - not good for business travelers.
