We could not have been better treated by the staff who were helpful and very friendly. They helped to make our stay an enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathroom was very clean and the amenities were good. My brother-in-law used the work-out room and indicated that he liked the equipment. The morning breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent. The location is convenient for our needs. We have no hesitation about recommending this particular hotel.

I tried to stay here but was given a smoking room, even when i asked for a non smoking room. They say they could hose it down with Air cleaner for us, got into the smoking room smelled so back of old smoke we had to leave, turned keys in and ask for a refund had to reconnect the online travel agency to get refund only to get partial back and we paid $$$ from it after taxes. Make sure you ask to make sure its not smoking even if you book non smoking at this hotel... I emailed choice hotels and get a crap responds back.. Stay away

We stayed for two nights. The service was efficient and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast room was cozy. There was a wide range of food available, great coffee and juice. The room was very spacious with a king size bed. We were very happy and satisfied with our stay there and plan to go back in November.

The hotel was very close to the shopping and dining, easy to access and very clean and comfortable. It suited my needs just fine. No complaints. This would certainly be a hotel I would stay at again. Room was very large, comfortable and clean.

My girl-friends and I enjoyed our room. Very clean and serve was very good. would recommend to everyone. Breakfast could have been more plentyful. was expecting more of a varity of items. thanks for your service and we would stay again.

Stayed here as it was the only place with a room near Frankenmuth. Was put in a smoking room even though requested non-smoking. We were right near the stairs/elevator and the hallway was extremely noisy well past midnight. The staff was pleasant, but the breakfast person was clearly overwhelmed as most things were empty."

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. The staff was very friendly. It was a nice clean hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff. It was close to the 2 attractions that were came to be a part of.

This is a nice hotel, but over-priced. Rooms are nice, pool is nice. In retrospect, I think the hotels in this area cooperate on pricing and probably charge more because of the outlet mall. You can do better for your money a little further down the road.

Although the property is over 9 years old, it looks brand new. Staff was very pleasent. Spacious lobby (with free popcorn). Nice spacious rooms with free wireless internet.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet, and didn't smell like stale cigarette smoke. Hotel was well situated - near Birch Run shopping outlets & Frankenmuth, with easy access to/from I-75.Our room was very clean. We weren't bothered by too much noise during the night. I would recommend this hotel & likely stay there again.

Spent the weekend with friends, and we took our 2 children. Really liked hotel, expect very noisy upstairs(stayed on ground level). Ask for upper floors, less noise!Would stay again. Clean and great breakfast in am.

It smelled wonderful and rooms were large. I think it was fairly new, but none of the windows had been washed, still had all the construction dirt on them. in the rooms and in the common area. It was a great place to stay. Rooms were big and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good, lots of options. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean and large room. Internet would not work in the room we were in, they couldn't put us further from the front desk, had a problem finding a parking space in evening. The location was good for visiting Frankenmuth as well as Burch Run mall. I circled the hotel 3 times and could not find an empty parking space the night we stayed. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. I would stay here again.
