Does not allow visitors on premises. Rooms not up to date, many renovations are needed, the corners in the bathroom are filled with dirt. Beds uncomfortable. Towels had questionable stains on them. Air conditioner went up the curtain instead of into the room. The only good thing was the price and the proximity to the ocean and boardwalk.

oh MAN!!!! First of all, their payment methods are very confusing because I couldn't understand them. I paid cash and still ended up signing a debit slip? The MINUTE I walked in my room, tears began to stream down my face. It stunk like smoke and mildew, there was stuff splattered on the walls, the beds were caved in, the furniture was ripped...etc. I immediately marched back down to the office and demanded my 140 back in cash!!! (this place was worth maybe 5) For some reason or another, they could NOT give me back the cash I had just given them 10 minutes ago!!! I had to settle for a debit return on my card, but only for 100, not the 140 (I eventually got that back days later) I paid including the security deposit. I have NEVER been so disgusted and repulsed in my life. I would have rather slept in my car than this piece of S**T place!!!!

For the first four hours of our stay there was no place to park. When we got into our room the floor was dirty, no handles on the draws so you couldn't open them, no remote for the TV, towel rack was broken off in bathroom and when we returned at night there were a dozen or so drunks outside. NOT A FAMILY PLACE!!!

"There was a STRONG musty ,mildewy smell the moment you enter the room. Bathoom needs updating, shower curtain fill of mold. Not enough lighting in room, only one lamp. Not enough outlets. Cheap pillows."
