Hi I planned a trip here on 4th of july weekend with my family. I made a reservation by phone and they didn't told me any policy about cancellation. when i checked in my room it was nasty, the paint pill of from wall, room smelly like smoky and bathroom floor is dirty and moldy. i asked them for refund but they didn't gave me any money back. so finally i stayed four nights in this horrible motel and pool is dirty too.
