Location. Dirty, small rooms, broken furniture, bad mattress. Below expectations in every regard.

The hotel was easy to find and clean, but the rooms were small for what we had to pay. The staff was not very welcoming in fact they didn't speak to us when we entered. We had problems with the bathroom and they dropped off a plunger outside the door for us to take care of it. The pool was small and not many people could fit in it, so we didn't get to swim like we like doing. That was one of the reasons I chose the hotel, even though it was higher priced. The breakfast was small, I expected more for the cost.

I enjoyed the breakfast and pool and exercise amenities. My mom accused the cleaning lady of stealing her make-up; I'm sure she did not do this, my mother doesn't like to take responsibility for things sometimes. I feel really bad that she complained to the front desk about this when everyone was so kind.

Great location. The walls were real thin. Next door was playing a game on TV. Noisy. For the most part, this is a nice hotel. I have stayed here a couple of times. The walls are thin.

The hotel was very clean. We had to check in and check out because we extended one day. This is one of the newest hotels in Idaho Falls. It is worth the stay. The staff is very friendly and will do anything to assist the customers.

Everything was pretty much summed up in the survey. Very clean and quiet and nice staff. Nothing bad to say. Beautiful. Very clean and nice and quiet. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Nice restaurants close by and shopping. Also easy off and on the freeway.

Clean, new, wonderful continental breakfast! Unwilling to put us in a room w/ 2 beds because hotel was booked. Fixed it the 2nd night. Wish pool was larger. Very helpful staff, clean rooms, Wonderful continental breakfast! Free Internet.

The front desk service when we arrived was wonderful! The pool was cooler than we expected. It would have been nice to have it heated. Excellent service. The continental breakfast was very good.

The staff was very friendly. I extended my stay. I had to check out and re check in. This hotel met my expectation in every way. This is a new hotel to the Idaho falls area.

Everything was very clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent. The heater in the room was so loud it woke my babies up all night. I highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was yummy. The only downers were that the pool was too cold and the hot tub was too hot for my kids. The heater in the room was a little loud, but that was just because we had infants who are used to quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to Wal-Mart was a bonus.

Neighbors were noisy. One call to the front desk fixed everything! No fridge or microwave in room. Great new hotel but I wouldn't like it as a business traveler because I like to have a fridge and microwave. Room was comfortable. Linens were nice. Staff was excellent!

The staff was very informative and polite any time we dealt with them. I can't think of anything. When I made reservations I was worried about the other members in my party. Would they like it? Would it be too expensive for some of them? I was informed that when we come back in a year that the Fairfield Inn and suites of Idaho falls will be the place we will stay.

Clean and comfortable, helpful staff and breakfast area was constantly well maintained. Air conditioner/heater did not work. Friendly and considerate staff, clean and attractive. Easy access from freeway well stocked breakfast area and kept clean and stocked for the many.

It was comfortable and clean and the homemade cookies were a nice benefit. Bed was very comfortable and so were pillows. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and had simple but nice decor.

New or nearly everything shining and housekeeping was also good. We always make a pool a requirement of our hotel selection, but this one was closed. A nicely appointed hotel in the heart of the city with good access, and well lighted grounds. The breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold items in an attractive dining area.
