The room was clean, comfortable, little extra like more pillows, lots of towels, makeup wipe, lotion, quiet, two phones, and the pool so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice in the morning with nice staff. They even gave a special little treat for my kids in the morning.

The personnel were very attentive. The room was clean & the bed comfortable. Other hotels had small refrigerators and some also had microwaves for use. The hotel was chosen as it was close to the funeral activities. The staff attempted to negotiate a price adjustment with your company for the bereavement rate with no success. I learned that it was not wise to book through an internet service.

In a good safe location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Went for my grandson's wedding that was held in the conference room (small family wedding). Staff went out of their way to accomodate us. Room was clean and confortable. Heater worked well. Nice free breakfast spread had anything you would want to start the day.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. Little details made the difference. We received cheerful help on the phone when we didn't know how to locate the hotel then upon arrival, we found the staff to be friendly, cheerful and helpful. The room was so nice and perfect that we were sure the hotel must be quite new. The lobby and hallways were perfect as well. When we asked about the newness of the place, we were told they were nine years old and we were shocked. I've been at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and never found one quite as nice as this one. We would never have found it. We will definitely go there again.

These were the cleanest, nicest hotel rooms we stayed in our entire vacation. The staff was extrememly professional and friendly and as a bonus, you get discounts at the local restaurants if you show them your room key. The continental breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again!

We found the front desk clerk more than helpful. The swimming pool was warm and large, the hot tub was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location. Unclean linens, view from window was wall, bad breakfast. Would not recommend staying here - many other choices in Idaho Falls.

I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff! The breakfast room & food was outstanding and the cookies served at the front desk in the evenings are wonderfull (& warm!!) The room was clean, beds comfortable and nice updated bathrooms. A very pleasant experience would highly recommend this hotel!

Very well decorated. The staff was great! I did not find anything wrong with this hotel. The hotel was very clean and neat. The room was decorated very nicely. In fact, we liked the room so much that we picked up a few ideas to redecorate our bedroom. Thanks!

This hotel is clean, provides a robust continental breakfast, and the service is great. Quiet and convenient. Highly recommended!

Helpful staff, safe place to stay. Reservations recommended, books fast. This hotel is our favorite place to stay in Idaho Falls. We travel to Idaho Falls monthly to shop at the big chain stores. Our last stay we stayed 3 nights and did our dental and medical visits so it was 1 extra night for us. My son was ill (threw up) after returning to the hotel from being sedated at the hospital. The housekeeper was there to help me in less than 2 minutes, and very nice about the whole thing and not put out. My two little ones, love the homemade cookies in the evenings and the staff will even supply them with milk if they ask for it! This is a very safe hotel, and as a mom, I have no problems staying here alone with my 4 kids. YOU cannot beat the NICE clean rooms and OUTSTANDING staff!

Clean. Pool open 24 hrs. Breakfast area looked real nice and clean. Room kind of small and boxy feeling (but ok, I guess). Good stay. Hotel was clean and orderly. Pool open 24 hrs was a nice feature so we did not have to worry about a closing time. nice bathroom with real terrycloth towels and granite counters. Breakfast area was clean and spacious, although for the amount of people that day there were not enough chairs. Overall it was a nice stay and we would look to use them again when we travel. Also, staff was professional and courteous.
