I liked the friendliness of the staff at the hotel and the location. The beds were too hard and ruined the entire stay. They tried moving us to other rooms but all the beds were the same -hard. Overall, the location of the hotel and staff were great. The beds were the killers. They were like sleeping on bricks for me, my spouse, and the kids as well. We were allowed to move from King rooms to doubles in thinking that would help; however, the beds there were worse - smaller and just as hard. Also, living on the 2nd floor meant you had to go to the 1st floor for ice and vending. I didn't like the idea of my kids having to leave our 2nd floor rooms for vending. I didn't think it was a safe or smart idea to have vending only on the 1st floor. Again, the staff was wonderful but if you're going to stay somewhere more than a couple of nights it should be a comfortable stay and it wasn't.

Clean, convenient, selection of good restaurants nearby. Nothing. This is a winner!

I like how it was just remodeled. The continental breakfast is good. The staff is friendly. We wish we had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It is a very comfortable place to stay. We will use again!

The staff was as helpful as they could be. The internet access did not work in my rooms; they switched me to no avail. Great people, clean, not smelly, internet access was sub-par, actually poor.

Convenience. Bathrooms. Overall the hotel was just ok. I've lodged at more attractive Fairfield Inns. I was highly upset that we brought a pet with us while traveling for funeral purposes, only to find out that the hotel did not accept pets. Unfortunately, we had to up and relocate, 2 hours after checking in. Thank-god we found a major hotel chain that accepts pets. From now on we will be lodging with them.

It was close to where I was going. Someone took my pillow I brought. And they did not try to locate it! The hotel was ok. The service wasn't all that great because a pillow and pillow case that I brought from home was taken out of my room. I told the lady at the front desk, and they didn't even look for it. I was very displeased with the service&

I liked the hotel because it met my needs. This hotel meets basic needs. It is clean, provided a decent free breakfast, had convenient access to I77, and all the staff were very friendly.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. This hotel is ideally located to the expressway, and has many surrounding restaurants. The staff was superb, and the hotel had great rooms with excellent amenities.

Rooms were very clean and cheerfully decorated. The pool was not in service, which we had counted on since traveling with young children. The AC unit and hair dryer were not working properly.

Great hotel, manager finally changed us to smoking, double rooms etc. I did not like not being able to choose double rooms, smoking or non for the accommodations. Great stay, quiet, comfortable and staff very helpful.

Easy to locate from freeway. Fairfield used to have wonderful mattresses, but has "upgraded"? Conveniently located to freeway with a fair selection of restaurants very near by.

It was being remodeled and the staff was very uncooperative. Once we got into the room it was not bad and breakfast was okay but trying to check in and all the hassles now we have been charged has been a nightmare.

Too noisy - trucks on Interstate

It was a good distance for me to stop on my way to Florida. It wasn't as clean as I like. The hotel is located behind a few other restaurants and things, but not that difficult to find, I was told they were going to be getting completely redone soon. Although it wasn't as clean as I like, I would stay again!

It was mid point in our destination and had an easy on/off location to the interstate. We were very pleased with this hotel and it was close to good restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. Very well located off Interstate 26. Even though it was very close to the Interstate you didn't get the interstate noise inside the hotel. The rooms seemed to be well insulated for noise from other rooms and the hallways.

Room was very nice and clean. Continental breakfast - ran out of waffle mix before the hours were over. Well worth the money!

cheap staff not very helpful This hotel was fine for the price we paid, however, the staff at check in were not great. One stayed on the phone talking to her mother while I waited to check in. Our room kepp did not work, it took 3 attempts with new keys and finally they just moved us to a different room.
