| I have just got back from a 2 week stay. Location is excellent, the staff were great - very friendly and helpful, yes the hotel has been "done up" and looks all the better for it. Just toast and cornflakes for breakfast for westerners which is a shame, but for that price I would happily stay again. |

| I booked the Evergreen because of it's central location which proved a good choice as I could walk to the parts of Kowloon that were interesting to me. The staff were very obliging and courteous. The room, although not large by other city's standards, was typical for Hong Kong and satisfactory. I would stay again in the Evergreen Hotel Hong Kong when I next visit Hong Kong. |

| The location is excellent. A21 bus goes every ten or fifteen minutes from the airport to Jordan near the hotel for 33HKD. The room is small, but no problem for one guest. |

| The Evergreen Hotel Hong Kong is near to Temple Street Night Market and within walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok Night Market. Stayed there on 2 separate occasions, assigned to a 3-pax room on the first occasion - the air-con was virtually non-existent due to the close proximity to the bathroom (the bathroom was really hot due to the window exhaust shaft). On the second occasion, assigned to a 2-pax room with extra bed - this time the aircon is too cold and there are no windows present in the room. I will recommend this hotel to those wo do not mind about the old condition. The service and location is excellent though. |

| Very convenient location just off Nathan Rd. & near MTR station. Room was small and basic but reasonably clean considering. Free internet was very fast--maybe 3 - 10 MBits/sec. |

| After read the reviews of the hotel, I was a bit worried but now I can say I am very happy and satisfied with the hotel. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The location is great, free internet (although only 1 out of 4 computers is working! But I still very pleased because there is a printer that can be used for free to print out useful information) and I have recommended the Evergreen Hotel Hong Kong to my friends. I will definitely stay there again at my next visit!! Keep up the good work!! |

| The Evergreen Hotel Hong Kong is not posh but at the room rate that I paid for, it went beyond my expectation. A very compact room but all u need is there. Free breakfast to fill you and wifi, what else can u ask for. The guy front desk was exceptional. He even walked us to the A21 bus station under the scorching heat of the sun. I would like to thank him. I forgot to give him a tip though. |

| Excellent service but location is a little bit far from the MTR station and it is not visible enough for tourist. However, i have to comment that my overall stay with Evergreen Hotel is indeed wonderful. |

| The Evergreen Hotel is a great little hotel ideally located near the Ladies Markets. It's very small but clean. I would defiantely stay at the Evergreen Hotel Hong Kong again when in HK. |

| The hotel is old, and feels it, but the rooms are very large for HK, especially at the price, and the location is very good. In-room internet is wired, but fast and reliable. Free use of laundry is nice touch (only from 4pm to 10pm though). |

| I stayed in 2 rooms. 1 of them had a musky bad smell, carpets need to be cleaned in Room 217. Needs better Air condition in reception area. |

| Bed too short, mattress too hard, the blanket too thick and heavy. Very poor breakfast, lack of hands for prompt room cleaning service.
I must say it's an averagely nice place for a short stay and it's cost worthy.
I'll like to come back again. |

| We were pleasantly surprised by the Evergreen. It was very nice. The room was quite small but had all the necessities. The staff were helpful, the location convenient for the airport bus for and getting around. |

| The hotel was very basic and the room quite small with no window but I only wanted it for somewhere to sleep and clean up. The breakfast selection was limited and the bathroom cleaning could be better.
On the positive side the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, the hotel was well located to the Jordan MRT station and the night markets and also supplied free internet and laundry. Also considering I went during the peak time the price was very good. |

| The Evergreen has small but immaculate rooms with good amenities. Every single staff member was helpful and courteous, and the location near Temple Street Market and the airport bus is outstanding. |
