Hotel was very nice in apologizing for poor service. Hundreds of singers took over the hotel and sang and cheered in the room next store all night. The Embassy staff was excellent during the weekday but no manager was on call during the weekend. This was ridiculous. No one was able to help me break up the loud singing-cheering-drinking party going on in the room next store. The elevators didn't work on Saturday and the hotel was so booked, the breakfast ran out of plates and cups. The Dixie-barbershop convention was just too much for the hotel. Otherwise, I would book the embassy suites again. The Sunday morning manager apologized and was helpful but said they don't have regular staff on during the weekends.

Staff at this hotel bent over backwards for us! Anything we wanted/needed, they provided, and then some. Wish we could've spent more than 2 nights there; would definitely go back!

Spacious rooms. Smoking at Manager's reception. Room service great; breakfast great; rooms were spacious and clean; bedding was luxurious.

The rooms were a nice size, and it was conveniently located to my destination. Heating didn't seem to work well. Was either too cold or too hot.

The hotel was clean, very clean! One of the hotel staff was rude at first, but then got it together there after.
