Excellent vacation, staff was outstanding, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile.

Nice room. Staff! And being charged double too pricy for what it was. I will never use this hotel again. The only thing nice was the room. But the quality of the room does not make up for the very loud bar you can hear inside your room that is 5 floors down hotel staff was very rude and did nothing about the noise nor did they care they charged you twice for the movie or that house keeping comes in room twice un announced. When I asked to see a manager I was told she is not here right now you have to wait. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone it is overpriced for the amount of service you will receive. Or will not receive I should say. There are many other hotels in this area I suggest you pick another one.

This hotel needs some attention - It seems a little old. The staff is some what attentive. But it needs attention. Staying won't be a bad thing but it's not the best choice at this price.

Our room had a leaky pipe that dripped into the tub. The sliding glass door was broken and made the room noisy. Needs new tv & ironing board and the fire alarm went off when we took a shower. Horrible experience.

Very attractive inside; breakfast included was a big plus; indoor swimming pool was great. Elevators were slow. Location was convenient; very comfortable and friendly hotel.

Very Nice hotel. Rooms were nice and spacious. Excellent price and value for our stay. I wish that I would have came down a day earlier with the team instead of just staying that Saturday night. The made-to-order cooked breakfast was wonderful and the cocktails in the evening were a great way to top off a day out. Staff were friendly as well. OUr room smelled of a little smoke, but the staff came right up and sprayed something and it was good the rest of our time there.

Our stay at Embassy Suites was the bright spot in a trip where everything went wrong--delayed flights, flights with no working restrooms, flight ticket errors, rental car that konked out. The entire staff seemed dedicated to our needs and desires from the front desk to the cooks who made our omlettes exactly the way we like them. Courtesy seemed the mantra of the staff. No compaints from us!!! We were pampered. They also helped resolve our rental car problems, going beyond what was necessary--or expected.

My partner and I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and I'm delighted to say that it has still kept the same high standards it had when it opened. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable... I always get a great night's sleep... and wake up refreshed and rareing to go downstairs for the complimentary breakfast. Very enjoyable way to start the day.

We enjoyed our 2 night weekend stay. The staff was very friendly and the cooked -to-order breakfast was wonderful! The rooms were quiet and comfortable. We will return for another visit.

The Embassy Suites Hotel in Baton Rouge, LA that we made reservations for was considered a 4 star hotel. This hotel was a TOTAL disaster! I will be filing a complaint with the Hotel line. I even took pictures of the room for proof. There was trash left in our room (under end tables) from where the maids hadn't cleaned. Holes in the wall. The microwave from (1942?? exag.) didn't work. Internet was $10/24 hrs. Local calls were .95 cents for the first minute. (Luckily we had cell phones). The ice machine was 'out of order', vending machines empty. The machine to print airline tickets was 'out of order and not on premises'. I have NEVER stayed at or paid this kind of money for such a low-class hotel.

The separate vanity in the bathroom and that it was a 2 room suite. There was limited parking at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with our hotel. The interior was gorgeous and I loved how the rooms were spaced along an open corridor around the hotels Atrium Area. The room was really nice, the bed so comfortable and huge, and there was a balcony off of the bedroom, as well as a bar in the room. We were both very happy with the room, and wish that we were able to stay even longer.

The lobby and atrium are beautiful. That's where it ends with this hotel. The 1st room we checked into had a leaking pipe above the shower that dripped dirty water into the tub leaving a yellow stain running to the drain. We requested a 2nd room. This room's sliding glass door was broken, leaving an inch wide gap letting the weather and noise in from outside. That room was right above the ac units so it was exceptionally noisy. The ironing boards are dirty, stained, and the one in the 2nd bedroom was broken and I could not even use it. Had to request another one from room service. The TV made a high-pitched buzzing noise and we could not even stand to watch it for more than 30 minutes. When we took a shower it set off the fire alarm in our room - TWICE. We called the front desk and they said the alarm would go off when the steam cleared. We checked out right after that. We had booked our stay a month in advance through online travel website and paid for 2 nights. We checked out after the first night and wanted our money back for the 2nd night since we were not staying there. After arguing with staff for almost an hour and a half we left with no refund and a "promise" we would get a check in the mail in a week, but they couldn't tell us how much for. Also, the hot tub in the pool area was not in service and the elevators take FOREVER. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Embassy Suites was very nice and clean. We were visiting LSU and it was located fairly close to campus. Room was nice but the breakfast was not as quick as in other Embassy Suites I have stayed at.

Location was convenient. Noisy from auto traffic on 2 sides of the building. The hotel was easy to get to right off the Interstate. The non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke, leaving the scent in my clothing. The breakfast was more than enough. The omelets were huge and very greasy. One of the elevators continued to open up maybe 10 times before it went to the next floor. Taking the stairs did not help. The stairs did not lead to the first floor, but to the outside of the hotel. The staff was helpful for directions. There were dozens of children there for a swim meet. The breakfast area was kept amazingly clean by an excellent cleanup staff person.

The location is noisy near the interstate but the interior is very nice. The hallways and room were clean. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff.

Atmosphere was nice. Breakfast convenient and good. Room was spacious. Kids partying in the lobby late at night kept me and baby up/ complaint to front desk helped but the noise echoed into living room until they left. I really liked the atrium. I think I would have enjoyed the stay more if I didn't have a small child. The breakfast was good. Overall I thought the stay was pretty good. I think I probably got my money's worth.

Room's friendliness and breakfast. Nothing. The hotel was very nice, pretty, clean, etc.

Indoor pool, breakfast and room was great. Hot tub was cold and too close to interstate. You can't do anything about being close to the interstate, but maybe the windows can be sound proof to eliminate the interstate noise. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay and would use Embassy Suites again.
