This elegant Edwardian house is situated in a quiet residential area, only a stroll away from the world famous Botanical Gardens and 2 km from Phoenix Park and Dublin Zoo. The car ferry is also close by also. This property is a perfect destination for a break away.

The hotel consists of 32 spacious and comfortable guestrooms. All the rooms are equipped with modern amenities to ensure a pleasurable stay at the Egans House Hotel. Rooms amenities include direct dial telephone, colour television with video and over 1000 movies to choose from, iron and ironing board, individually controlled air-conditioning/heating, coffee and tea making facilities and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but the location offers numerous restaurants and bars within easy reach of the hotel. The friendly hotel staff are always willing to assist with any queries, making sure guests have everything one needs to have a comfortable and memorable stay. They will also provide a wide range of tourist information to ensure guests do not miss out on any of the stunning and fascinating sights and scenes the city has to offer. What are your breakfast options?: We offer Continental and Irish breakfasts, buffet style, from 7:30 am – 9:30 am at a rate of 8.00 Euro per person.
What transport is available to get around?: The City Centre is only a 5-10 minute bus journey, with the bus stop located 2 minutes' walk away. The bus stop for the airport is situated close by. The local railway station (DART line) will bring you all along the coastline of Dublin, North-South, so you will have a selection of beaches from which to choose.

All of the mentioned places of interest are within walking distance from Egans House, including the bars/restaurants, which are situated only a couple of minutes around the corner.
What can I do nearby?: Unfortunately, we don't provide entertainment, but there are a variety of bars (late closing) and restaurants, within a couple of minutes from us. Most of these would have their own scheduled nightly entertainment. There is "Hedigans", "The Porter House North", "The Sunnybank" or "Mc Gowans Pub". We can provide discount coupons on food/drink bills at Hedigans or The Porterhouse, offering up to 15% off your bill. Regarding attractions, we have The Botanic Gardens, Glasnevin Cemetery/Museum, Croke Park & its museum to name but a few.
Do you have internet?: We provide Wi-Fi all over the guesthouse (including the rooms) at a cost of 5.00 Euro per 24 hours.
