We got lost in the city of Beckley and called the hotel for directions. The clerk could not give us directions and instructed us to stop and ask. Hotel was fairly clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. Good location right off of interstate.

Rooms were not very clean but the for the price it was better than the average.Friendly staff, Easy Check-In/Check-out, Good variety at continental breakfast.

It was convenient to highway fit our time schedule. Was not as clean as we like very dirty carpet. Service was fine for our short stay breakfast was great. Needs some better cleaning? Our bathroom was clean which a big plus is.

Beds were nice and comfortable. The room was too small and filled with furniture. Not much space to move around. The hotel was good for the price. Also, we get the morning breakfast which was also good. It didn't have a lot of choices but was filling. Actually the suite assigned to us was in a back building so had to walk a lot from the main office. Also, the appearance of the bldg was not very pleasing. The room was quite OK. Though it was quite a small room but we were there just for the night so didn't really bother us in all it was a good experience.

Its location was very good for needed supplies. Parking and walkway to office from room location. Overall, I was please to have a clean room to stay in at Beckley WV.

Nothing. This hotel welcomed pets, me and my wife do not like pets.
