Friendly staff. Room smelled. The room had a smell that was horrible. I had to purchase air freshener to cover up the smell.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn on Apr 8 and was not pleased with the room. I asked for king size non smoking room and was given smoking room. The staff was not caring and I was told by one staff member to take it or leave it. Where can I find another room at 1:30am?

We were very impressed with everything in this hotel, from the front desk service to the rooms to even the breakfast attendants. The housekeeping staff was over the top. Not only did they clean the room they folded our daughters blanket and displayed her stuffed animal on top of it - it reminded us of being on a cruise. The rooms have safes, microwaves refrigerators and coffee makers - for the price of a basic hotel room. The only down side was the pool was closed for maintenance. Well worth the money for this hotel!

Our bed was comfortable, and they have nice towels. The staff was very friendly. There are several restaurants nearby, and it's right off the interstate. The continental breakfast was typical but good. We came here to rest after 10 days of backpacking; it was perfect.

Convenient to restaurants and expressway. It looked like a military barracks.

The hotel was newly removated they told us. They forgot to clean the carpets. White socks were a mistake. Clean otherwise. I could have had less confusion with front desk staff if I had called my own reservation in instead of using the travel website.

very friendly. rooms and hallways are trashy. would not stay again. a/c quit working in morning. staff was friendly. they sincerly apologized and gave me 24% off room. also internet requires you to get a box from front desk.

It has a convenient location. It smelled funny and had a rundown appearance. Not a good value for the cost.

We had a comfortable double bed occupancy 2 out of 4 pillows were new which is important to have a good pillow. Shower stained and aged it needs help. Overall it was clean and the continential breakfast was generous, staff friendly. I would stay there again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were not very comfortable. Mold on the walls gave a very poor appearance. The bath tub drain was stopped up, which caused you to be standing in about two feet of water to take a shower.

The staff was quick and efficient Inconvenient pool location. You had to walk away from the hotel and across a parking lot to get to it.

We enjoyed our stay as the rooms were very clean as well as the bathroom. My grandson enjoyed the wide selection of television shows. The continenental breakfast was fine. I definitely would stay again. The Italian Restaurant next to it is great.
