The Comfort Suites in Lansing was comfortable when you walked in to the Inn. Our room was a bit hot. The air conditioner was dirty. Although when we asked that it be cleaned it was. The pool area was nice though small. The exercise room had equiptment that needed attention. The bike did not work. The treadmill was fine. The eliptical was very noisy. The Inn was close to where we had our family reunion. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions of where to eat and get gas. We were happy with the King size bed. and the lay out of the room. we would go back if we were in the area agin.

Lobby and pool area was nice. Bed spread had a whole in it, the room looked run down. The room was run down.

Very clean, comfortable bed, very quiet and ingood location! Small room size that's awkwardly arranged. I recommend staying here. Great location that's easy to access from the highway, but is not noisy from traffic. Very clean and smelled good - no weird hotel smell!

Location to i-94 very accessible which was one main reason for choice; like comfort inn from prior experiences. Trays need to be provided for carrying breakfast back to room. Stay was very nice. Location to shopping areas was excellent. Excess to interstate 94 makes hotel relevant for out of town travelers. Staff was very friendly.
