Comfort Suites Council Bluffs is a very nice property. I arrived on a bitterly cold afternoon and really appreciated the hands free double doors. It made check in warm not to have both doors opening at once. The room was very large and friendly. I enjoyed the big closet and the couch and coffee table. I didn't feel as if I had to shift my way around the bed, there was plenty of area between the bed and the seating area. The hot tub and pool were very well kept. I enjoyed both. Lots of fresh towels available so you did not have to take extra from the room. Very close to several restaurants, a casino, and the Mac Center for hockey games and concerts.

The breakfast was out standing. To much construction. Just an average hotel with too much construction and poor desk staff on Wednesday evening. Sunday evening was a little better.

I found the rooms to be very comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. The biggest surprise was the quality of the complimentary breakfast which featured fresh, hot food including scambled eggs and biscuits and gravy.

The Comfort Suites were very accomodating. Rooms were clean and the continential breakfast was great. Rooms were quiet.

Includes decent breakfast. Rooms still smell like smoke even though it's smoke free. Budget hotel, had pullout sleeper, sheets only at front desk. Near busy highway, noisy at night and especially morning. Dated decor and furniture. Rooms stuffy; the deodorizer wears out by second day and the smoke smell is more evident.

"I made an online reservation for a non-smoking room. When we arrived, we were given a ""so called"" non-smoking room, but the room smelled awful with smoke. When we asked for another room, we were told that no other non-smoking rooms were available. We checked out and was charged for the night. Complaint lodged with company. My advise is to pass this motel up and stay somewhere else."

Closeness to Q west center. We were robbed! We were robbed while staying at this hotel and I have yet to hear from the manager! I was told I would receive a call within 24 hours and it has been 5 days!

"This hotel looks nice in the picture, but it is disappointing. Bathroom was moldy. The sheets/blankets were very old, and the pillows were the worst I have ever had. Rooms are not very well soundproofed. ""Free breakfast"" was a stale pastry and fruit that had been around for awhile. Would not stay there again."

"This hotel was a huge disappointment. For the price of the accomodations I expected so much more. For $30 extra dollars a night, I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel in a more convenient location. The bed was uncomfortable, the tv reception was terrible, the computer did not work, the shower would randomly scald you, and the front desk people were less then accomodating. When my key stopped working, I had to search the hotel for the front desk person, only to locate him outside on the phone smoking a cigarette. "
