We got to the hotel late. We wanted to order something to eat, but all restaurants with delivery on the hotel list was closed. We went to sleep being hungry. There wasn't a lot of choices for breakfast. They ran out of bread and no body came in to check and refill something. Everything else was good.

Clean, good parking, good access to shopping. Fridge in room which was very useful. Had a microwave also. No fitness center and highly processed foods for breakfast. If there was a fitness center I would return and know to take my own breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in September. I was in the Santa Cruz area for work and decided to stay a few extra days. The breakfast was great, they had hard boiled eggs and fresh waffles. The rooms were very clean and the staff was always helpful and friendly. I would stay here again on my next visit.

Front Desk was unhelpful and insisted we pay for something when it was the hotel's fault. Even the morning Front Desk guy was surprised at our experience and told us to escalate to Management. Management was even more unhelpful and lied about escalating to her manager. Would not call us back when she said she would. Would not provide any names or numbers to who we could contact.

Desk staff was very unprofessional. The room was clean. No hot water for both days. It was at the most tempid. On site management seemed non existant.

Room was great, staff pleasant. Not enough parking spaces for one vehicle each. Some work type trucks took two spaces. No other close parking available. Except for the parking it was fine. That was really troublesome. Hated parking basically right in front of main door. No close restaurants but close enough. Somewhat difficult to find late at night. No pool but not the right area for it anyway.

Party of 3. Paid 4 xtra person.Switched rm fr 2 beds 2 handicapped rm. Front desk DID NOT mention handicapped rm has 1 bed. Refused 2 give rollaway bed @ no charge, 3x. My mom is handicapped & my sis was 9 mos pregnant took the bed & I slept on the floor. I sent a ltr 2 hotel outlining unacceptable situation. The hotel insisted that what had happened did not happen. Hotel supervisor refused (perhaps lied) that manager is aware of problem. Refused me 5x to speak w/ manager.And, located in bad area.

Clean. They forgot my wakeup call. The taxi company claimed it was busy and was half an hour late and when the driver came he spoke on the mobile phone instead of helping me with the luggage and even attempted to lure in some additional customers from the lobby ignoring the fact that he was delaying me even further. Not to mention the taxi was shabby and the driver annoyingly slavish and apologetic. In short, if you ever want a taxi at this hotel, beware.

Hotel was ok. Clean. Pretty good for a place to sleep. Breakfast was't too bad. Staff helpfull. I would not stay here for any extended period though if you have a family. Nothing to see in Watsonville, and not located in a very good neighborhood. So basically you will be stuck in a hotel room.

Hotel is clean and modern. However, the prices charged are about ** more than they should be considering this is Watsonville. Watsonville IS NOT Santa Cruz or Monterey.

Continental breakfasts. PRICE, PRICE, PRICE, TRASH BEHIND THE DRESSER & THE BEAT UP CAR OUTSIDE MY WINDOW The price to stay at this hotel was outrageous, for that price there should have been a pool/Jacuzzi or a Jacuzzi bathtub.

The breakfast was very inadequate. They had waffles with no syrup or butter and coffee with no creamer. Very disappointing!
