Friendly workers, lots of places to eat nearby, and a swimming pool.

Competent staff. Location. The hotel was fine, a bit below the standard I have previously experienced of Comfort Inns.

We had come to the greater Seattle area for a wedding in Bothell. Spent 2 nights at a Red Lion in Bellevue- this was OK. Decided at the last muinute to spend an additional day and selected the Comfort Inn. The room was considerably better than the other hotel. Breakfast was decent with lots of options for all- Waffles w/ toppings, Pastries, Cold cereal, Bagels/Muffins and even Bisquits & Gravy. Easy access to I-405 and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Pool is small and had to ask for towels (rack was empty) but overall, we wish we had spent the entire time there rather than the Red Lion. Will stay there again

The beds were comfy, as were the pillows. The TV reception was awful, and for that we paid over $10 to watch a movie? The hotel was fine. And the front desk kindly gave us complimentary toothpaste, as we'd forgotten ours, which was nice. We really weren't in it that long, as we were actually doing things in Seattle for the weekend. We only used the pool on the last day for an hour, maybe. But as I said above, I was very disappointed in how much they charged to watch a movie on a television with crummy color and no way to adjust it. Also, you had to pay for the movie separately--you couldn't have it just added to your bill, which I have used in other hotels. So overall the room was fine, the 'entertainment' left a lot to be desired.

We traveled with another couple. We picked this hotel to be away from the city and in a quiet area and it was all that. It was clean, the breakfast was typical and good for our needs. Yogurt, waffles, boiled eggs and the regular items. I would definitely stay there again. There were some very good resteruants in the area and a grocery store across the street.

Convenient. None. Nice place, with good surrounding attractions.

We were looking for a place to stay while we vacationed in Seattle. We wanted a place outside of downtown but really accessible since we had several spots to visit. The location was great. Some good resturants were fairly close. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The noise level was not bad at all. Parking was never a problem. In short it was your basic good hotel with a good staff and location. A couple of downsides. The pool was miniscule. So we did not break out our trunks to test the waters. The breakfast was ok and pretty standard, but not up to our expectations. Of course it was typical for the Comfort Inn chain, but still the selections were pretty meager. All in all a great stay, but hit the Denny's or Shari's for breakfast!

My mother went to the front desk to check in and there was only one person on duty(Max). He was on the phone, so she waited patiently. I came in a few moments later and he didn't acknowledge me. I went and picked out some brochures and came back to the desk. He was still on the phone answering call after call and hadn't even looked at my mom yet to even say "I'll be with you in a minute." I left the Comfort Inn and went to a different hotel across the parking lot to see if they had any vacancies, but they didn't so I went back. My mom was still waiting to be helped and the employee was still on the phone. Another customer was irritated as well and asked to speak with the manager. My mom said she would like to speak to the manager also. The employee said he was the only one there. That was the first time he acknowledged us. The phone rang and of course, instead of helping us, he answered it and ignored us. After 15 minutes of this awful customer service I told the employee to quit talking on the phone and help the people standing in the building. He rudely replied that we didn't have to stay there. We cancelled our reservations and left. My mom left a message with the general manager, and she has yet to return her phone call. We will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. Terrible service. Awful experience.
