"We checked into a dirty room, then was told there was nothing they could do about it housekeeping was gone for the day. The highspeed is the worst I have ever seen, almost slower than dail up. We will never make the mistake of staying here again!"

Close to restaurants and interstate. I don't like places that welcome pets. Very clean even if it allowed pets, the room was perfect for us!

"We've stayed here a couple times a year for about the past 10 years. The Jacuzzi Executive suites are worth the extra money. There was a busload of college kids in the hotel, and we never heard a thing all night. The breakfast area is a bit crowded, but I understand that it's being remodeled. Convenient location."

The breakfast was very nice, with options for hot or cold food. The front desk staff other than one was very rude and unhelpful. This hotel was worth the price. The front desk staff other than one was nice and accommodating. The food was good for a two star facility. However, I would not stay there again due to the poor service by Victoria.

I liked the overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Can not think of anything. This hotel is family friendly, accommodating, and convenient in its location. The staff was positive and helpful.

Convenient, they had a decent breakfast. Bathroom seemed pretty dirty, room was very humid. A little more detail should be used in room cleaning. I had to clean the bathroom before I used it. Kind of dated and dingy. I wouldn't stay there again.

The computer in the lobby was helpful. I liked it all. This was a good place for us to stay. It was clean and the breakfast was great for a continental breakfast. The best thing for us was the computer and printer in the lobby where we could use map quest. The staff was willing to help us and was very friendly.

Great service employees very polite and helpful. Hot water in shower had low pressure. Hotel was good overall. They had a computer for guest to use and they had Wi-Fi yet it was not advertised if I had known I could have brought own computer. Downside hot water had very low pressure and I could barely get enough hot water to shower yet cold side had great pressure. Hotel has a good location in town near interstate and various stores and eateries.
