Not bad at all.Location: Monorail within 200 meters but because there were 4 of us we opted for Taxis mostly as it costs less than £3 to get to anywhere, Petrones Towers, KL Tower, Petaling street etc and all the major tourist bits are just a quick cheap taxi ride away. Rooms: Have everything we wanted, AC good showers and nice clean beds. Most are large but some can be a little "tight"Service: No problems here at all. Freindly and fairly helpful.

Staff were lacking in customer service skills - but hotel was nicely placed, clean and breakfast was very decent in Malaysian terms. Reasonable value for the money.

Free internet, free breakfast, nice room, pleasant staff, good 'local' eateries nearby. Location a little seedy and a few steps out of the way, like Geylang in Singapore, but I will definitely stay there again.

room is small. we ask for 2 single bed but only got 1 double bed. housekeeping was very helpful. location is far from the main city and it's hard to get a taxi. my children love the business lounge and the pool.

Breakfast was above average - followed the idea of the whole hotel to be clean and modern (but not so much as to be antiseptic). I guess better coffee would have been good - but that's a pretty minor quibble

Very friendly and efficient staff. Large room, all facilities good. Excellent breakfast. Wi-fi in room but unable to access internet much of the time. I'd stay here again.

Things that didn't work - the TV (black and white!! and poor reception), the TV remote control and the safe. The Hotel doesn't even bother to change the batteries. Toilet was leaking; stains were found on the quilt and pillows. The location is off centre and there're many hawker stalls down below. If you're not used to that environment, walking back to the hotel can make you feel so unsafe. You may ENJOY the free Internet access in the "Executive Lounge" unless you're the first one to get there and sit there the whole day. There're only two computers available and you may have to wait for ages for your turn. I booked through the travel website but on my arrival, the hotel staff said they did not have my booking info even though a complete confirmation sheet was printed for their reference. They told me they had to charge me for the room rates. After much hassle, I had to call the travel agency to sort things out with the hotel (otherwise I'd have been double-charged). A most unpleasant stay I had with this hotel or any other hotels in my entire travel experience. There're so many choices in KL - have this only as your last resort.

Bathroom was old and of a standard I'd expect in a budget hotelRoom at the back was noisy as a major road is below with noisy motorbikes passing by every few minutes all night. Lacks double glazing.Some staff polite, others not.

the executive room is superb. my family and children are very happy with the service and excess to executive lounge with free flow of non-alcholic drinks and dessert and also free use of internet. goof for family with children.

One staff member can make a difference, for better or worse; one of the staff in the executive lounge (level 10) was not satisfactory in my opinion. The hotel manager was understanding and diplomatic when I complained.The internet wifi was not working for the first two nights; internet access was one of the reasons I booked this hotel and it appeared to be a hotel problem more than the reason given. Nevertheless, I would stay on level 10 again (at the lateroom rate!) as the view was good and the room comfortable. The restaurant coped well with the full house all wanting breakfast in the morning.

Make sure you stay in newly rennovated floors (8th, 9th & 10th). 1. Room is stylish & elegant. 2. Location is near city area. 3. Limited parking lots for cars. 4. Breakfast is more than adequate & delicious. 5. Staff at reception could be more friendlier like the rest!

The food and the service is superb. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We had a great breakfast. The room is just right but is complete with all necessary the necessary toiletries. The room that we stayed had a great view of the petronas tower.

Hotel was fairly poor overall. The bathroom was tired and the airconditioning was very noisy and leaked. Breakfast had variety but wasn't very nice. Especially compared to the fantastic food we experienced in KL generally! The use of the executive room for emails/coffee/toast was very useful to us. We had trouble getting a smile out of most the staff and they gave us wrong information regarding how long it would take to get a taxi to the airport (they said it would take around 30mins but it took 1 hr 30 mins). I very much suggest that anyone uses the KL Express train as it will cost about the same. The hotel was cheap so I feel that it was value for money overall.

excellent although as a stranger to the city a little difficult to find...excellent value for money very clean and all amenties welcome longe and use of internet useful and access to free food and drink there invaluable.....resteraunt was limited food wise and service slow....but nonetheless value for money

The hotel is a very new one, built in 2007. The ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are also neat and tidy and the staff very helpful. The Citrus Cafe on the ground floor had a decent breakfast. At the rate given, its good value for money.. Only problem I would state is the location, its not facing the main road and therefore at times getting a taxi can be a problem. Its also about 10-15mins to the KLCC during non peak hours. If you are a night life lover..you are not going to be too happy as there is hardly any night club or decent pub around this hotel. Have to go all the way to Bukit Bintang.. other than that the hotel is good value for money... can recommend to anyone.
