Location was ok. but, staff unfriendly and not kind. One would figure they might try to be a bit more pleasant.

Very nice and clean hotel. Accessible to the nearest shopping centers. The price is very affordable for a 4 star hotel.

Overpriced internet access. As a frequent traveler to Hong Kong, I picked up a VODAFONE WIRELESS (3G) Broadband USB stick. This would pay for itself in 3 trips.

Excellent location, good and friendly service, but very small room and shower, both more deserving of 2 stars. Huge lobby though.

The Staff at Reception were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

The location was very nice, close to the ferry port, bus stop, and convenient store. It was easy to find a nice restaurant around the hotel.Very impressed.

I got this hotel on special for 50 euros and for that money it was perfect. it is smack bang beside nathan road and its only 10mins walk from the harbour! kowloon park is connected to hotel so its nice to walk around the gardens and swim in their pools. Breakfast is lovely but dont go for dinner, its mortly raw fish and i paid 24euro for a buffer dinner that i didnt eat! everywhere else around you is dirt cheap. Dont get a taxi to hotel, for 9 euro u can get tram from airport to shuttle bus that leaves you at the door (it saves about 50 quid) The tours are reasonable and will collect you and drop you back to your door.I recommend the tours especially if you are on your own. one bad thing was that the air con was a bit loud but after travelling for 12 hrs i slept right thru it. The hotel is extreamly safe and the taxis around the citys are really cheap. the subway is 5 min walk also so its perfect to get to the ladies market and such.

The room was clean and a nice basket of fruit was provided. Be prepared for a very FIRM bed. The location off Nathan Road and near the night market is convenient for shopping and was very quiet - a bonus for Hong Kong.

Nice and easy to find, good views over Kowloon Park and a small part of Victoria Harbour from the right type of room.

This hotel locates very close to Hong Kong China Ferry Port and TST Harbour City (walking distance). Convenience stores and small canteen downstairs. Automatic soft drink selling machine on the level (I was living on level 17). Staff is friendly n efficient - my room was running out of toilet paper and they delivered to me within 5 mins. The "Harbour View" is good but probably not worth the extra money they charge - it depends on personal preference I reckon. Will consider to live here again.

I am very satisfied and very recommended. We walk about 10 minutes from macau ferry terminal. we was there in chinese new year time. our room view was good. view to hong kong cbd ( hourbour view) clean and not small room. good bargain.

about 5 minutes walk from jordan station entrance. nice and clean. small but that's probably what all hotels in hong kong are like. had a great window with harbour view however the tv was really small.

This was a good, clean hotel in a location handy to all the tourist spots on Kowloon. I was disappointed however to find that, although it had been advertised as having a gym, there apparently hadn't been one there for some time. It's also worth noting that the single beds are very small! I had booked a double bed but none were available on a non-smoking floor when I checked in so I received an upgrade to a harbour-facing room. I am only 160cm tall and my feet were right at the end of the bed so if you are any taller, you may be in for an uncomfortable night! Otherwise, it was a really good choice and offered good value for money.
