The stay was very nice, the rooms clean and the air conditioning superb (froze us out, but that's a good thing). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location an rooms were clean. What we asked for was done. Very much of a older place. Out dated. Location was good. It was good for a short stay. Clean rooms.

The location was great, it was close to everything. We had a large group from all around the state that were meeting there for a reunion and we were allowed to congregate in the pool all day as well as another area. Not many people were at the hotel that weren't in our group. The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out was VERY easy. My only complaint (which is actually a BIG one) is that I had gotten locked out of my room and had to go ask for another key. A different person was at the desk and hadn't seen me before. She didn't ask any information or for ID or anything. I just said which room I needed a key for and she handed it to me. That's a bit scary. One of the guys with our group said that he was able to do that with 2 different rooms.

Hotel receptionists were friendly and helpful. It was a little tricky getting to the hotel the first time. Nothing special about this hotel. Decent value for your money. Excellent location on I 20 and not too far from Tyler. And of course, the receptionists were great. My kids enjoyed the little pool during the hot summer, as well. And lots of close by fast-food type eateries.

It was a bed to sleep in. It was close to the interstate and noise level was very high.
