We were so appreciative that this motel allowed pets we were willing to put up with just about anything,But I would not stay there again because around midnight and for the next two hours until we called the front desk, there were people milling around outside our room being loud and socializing. The police came and we heard them tell the people to leave. We felt unsafe at that motel. I thought it could've been cleaner too. On the plus side, it is next door to Brian's Restaurant. We were looking to buy a home in the South Hill/Bracey area when we stayed At America's Best Value Motel and have since moved to Bracey. I will not recommend this motel to anyone. On the next house hunting trip in the area, we stayed at the Comfort Inn where they also allow pets but offer a quiet environment and it was cleaner.

upon arriving at the hotel,with m reservations in hand i was tol by the clerk that i had to pay her for the room.i showed her my conformation number along with my computer generated reciept for my credit card payment!still she refused to give me a room! i aked to speak to her manager who explained to herhat i had already payed for the room!i was a very bad experence i will not use your service again!

Horrible experience. It was at least 30 mls. From requested location, staff rude, room very dirty. Very, very, bad.

Nothing./ My hotel room was given to someone else. I had to take a lesser room. I could have purchased the one night's stay $12 cheaper by doing directly to the hotel.
