Cleanliness and proximity to where we were visiting
Not the most beautiful place, felt the entrance was a service road and drove past it

The smell of the AC
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good - which included toast, pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage, assorted pastries and assorted cereals. There was also fruit juices, fresh fruit, teas and coffee. The beds were very comfortable. The room was spotless and the shower was fantastic. We were also grateful for the free shuttle service to Disney. And the free wi-fi. The pool and ...
Two small things - we were surprised there was no milk alternatives for breakfast - like oat milk. And, although there were teabags in the rooms, the coffee cups provided were teeny tiny. Hehe. But larger paper cups were available in the lobby so that was OK.Read more
Everyone and everything was great
Close to Disney
We asked to be put in a room that was not overlooking the pool because they play music at the pool until late at night. They gave us a room overlooking the pool on the third floor. They played music until late at night. No people in the pool. Just music.

Disney shuttle, very friendly and helpful/knowledgeable staff (thank you Enzo and Facundo in particular). Lovely to chat to and could not offer enough help on everything. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I loved the layout of the hotel. The next time I come to Orlando I will return to this location.
