I had two bedroom unit. It was nice and large.
The lady at reception was shouting at someone over the phone when we arrived. It is odd and probably not best for image of hotel. Room service did not come for one day, the next day at about 2pm, we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned. But I like the location of the place.
Very nice room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast also very good with lots of choice. Very good location. Would stay again.
Couldn’t use our pool as it was getting cleaned the day we went to use it so went over to the other building to use theirs and it was very very cloudy.
The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a very pleasant stay! The breakfast is great, with lots of variety of choice. The pool on top of the hotel was great for a sunset swim.

The staff was amazing. One in particular, the lovely girl with short-cropped hair, went out of her way and above to help prvide us with helpful information. The location was superb and the hotel was gorgeous and very clean.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff were polite and accommodating, which I appreciated.
the breakfast was a real disappointment. The quality and variety were below expectations, and it did not match the overall standard of the hotel. This was a noticeable drawback to an otherwise decent stay.
I liked the room and the breakfast in the outdoor, covered courtyard.
I was disappointed with the badly maintained pool area. The parasols were broken and the shades around the sun beds as shown on the website were missing.
We had an overall good stay and really appreciated how helpful the staff were throughout. We managed to forget our room cards more than once, and each time the team was incredibly patient and kind, even coming up with us to let us back into the room. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was drinking water stations located around the hotel so was easy to fill up bottles. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and lovely to have lots of local food, we loved the tomyam soup! There were enough continental bits to keep a fussy toddler happy too!
