Pros (+) This hotel has stolen money from my card. They took a deposit, and on checkout they have not refunded it. When I try contacting them, it goes to a mailbox saying that the mailbox is full, and I'm unable to leave a message.
Cons (-) Security deposits should be refunded without having to follow up and chase for it to be repaid. We did not use anything from the minibar or facilities, and the room was left in perfect condition.
