Great location, stunning views, Lancava Restaurant was a stand out.
Lacked intimacy as big and lots of people
Everything was excellent! Very helpful and friendly staff, super clean and beautiful view!
Food was great, location was good and the staff were very pleasant. Facilities were very good and the hotel is beautifully designed.
There is not enough storage in the bedrooms and not quite enough sunbeds available around the pool.
room was a good size and very comfortable. pool area was unique and well designed breakfast selections were very good views of the ocean were excellent staff were very courteous and helpful
the service at the pool/beach bar area was ridiculous. One poor guy (Puva) to look after everyone. He did a great job but hotel management should do better as it meant long wait times for drinks and food to be ordered and delivered. This is a management issue not a staff issue.

Food at the buffet is not great more of local and Chinese cuisine. Salad option is poor, no experienced egg station chefs. Rotti not freshly backed on a station it came from the kitchen and always late as the demand is high and this is daily.

Location is great, great food options within walking distance. Cenang town and cafes within 10minutes walk and the under water world. Staff were amazing, most working during their key holiday with passion even though it was Hari Raya. Pool and beach was clean and we always felt safe even at night at the beach. From the beautiful views to the spacious and well-appointed rooms, everything about our stay was relaxing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The food variety was impressive and delicious, and the facilities offered something for everyone. The staff's warm and friendly service really tied the whole experience together.
