Gorgeous hotel with fantastic location, central and walking distance to subway station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel offers amazing afternoon craft activities, afternoon coffee and evening snacks and drinks - all complimentary. This has to be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Best value for money by far.

We had three nights here, enjoyed all of it. Great location. I enjoyed their complimentary afternoon tea and the evening wine. Room is spacious and have good lay out. If I ever come back to Kyoto, I’d love to stay here again.
We have an extra bed added to the 3 bed room, the bed was put right in the middle, we moved it around to the side to make more space. My suggestion to you that maybe you can consider putting the bed to the side in the future instead of right in the middle, so it’s not in the way.

There is no storage space in the rooms. The washing room is a mad house.
Breakfast and happy hour appetisers and drinks were brilliant and facilities a lil high tech. Love that we could see availability of laundry machine from our screen instead of us making multiple trips to check. Decent room size with full amenities.
Location in old town and can be a lil inconvenient to travel with luggages to Kyoto station as luggage not allowed in city buses. Wish the hotel offers longer social hours for customers to enjoy the complimentary drinks instead of just 2 hours window.

Excellent new hotel. Great location and no noise from the road. Good breakfast and a restaurant if needed. Friendly staff. Clean and well presented rooms
We booked a room for 4 people, and it came with a temporary bed, which was fine for a child, but it may the room very cramped. Rooms for 4 in Japan are notoriously hard to find especially in hotels.
Awesome location, lovely hotel and ver helpful staff. Breakfast was exceptional and overall experience great.
