The hotel is beautiful and aesthically well done. The happy hour in the afternoons were a highlight....the array of wine, whiskey, sake, beers and light snacks were a great way to start a night out. the rooms were a decent size and the location was central to shopping and amazing food options. The hotel breakfast was good and the staff are all really friendly.
The housekeeping was a little confusing and we only had beds made and the rooms cleaned 2 times when we stayed. they dropped fresh towels in every day though. Was a little frustrating after a long day walking to see the beds not made up (even though we selected cleaning on the TV). Beautiful property and great sized rooms, close enough to restaurants and shopping. Good location from the train station.
The hotel was excellent. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially liked the special complimentary service time for guests, which made the experience feel more unique and welcoming.

Amazing hotel with a premium feel - friendly and helpful staff, immaculate rooms. Breakfast was good but leans a little towards Japanese style. Good facilities and great location with lots of supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. Would return again and again.
Personally I would like a few more Western food items at breakfast. Maybe something like hash browns.
We took the bigger room. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Yuki and Ms H Yamamoto along with their team members for their relentless service with smile . The restaurant staff was too efficient and professional.
They do not have do not disturb light or tag for the room. They should look into that.
