(1) The staff was polite and the check-in and check-out processes were fast and efficient. (2) We didn't try the hotel's breakfast so I have no opinion on that. There is a mini-fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and an electric kettle with complimentary coffee capsules and tea bags in the room. (3) The room was clean and spacious enough.
(1) The location is not great. The area is nice, with an interesting shopping area nearby, but far from the main central station and key attractions. (2) As in many other Japanese hotels, there was no closet, wardrobe or dresser in the room. Just two hooks on the wall with a few hangers. So you basically have to keep your clothes in your suitcase. The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have little gifts when you arrive. They have candy in the lobby for free. It has a really happy feeling

close to the kyoto station and to the other station 10-15 min walking. Staff is so sweet gave us an extra hour for checkout cleaned rooms daily pjs are provided such a wonderful experience.
Honestly not staying long enough at this hotel. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our japan trip!
Perfect situated from station and to go to Nishiki market. Subway and busstop close. The hotel is modern and has all facilities you can wish for
Very conveniently located hotel, close to two subway (metro) stations and within walking distance (12-15 minutes) of Pintocho Alley with all its restaurants. Reasonably priced. Good AC (critical for Kyoto's summer heat). Good wifi.
Room was small, with no drawers or shelves to place items. Also no closet or wardrobe. I managed OK because I was alone and used the second bed as a shelf, but it could be a challenge for 2 people.
The perfect location, extremely friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very comfortable rooms.
