Charging for things you never asked for then making you fight at reception
the room service food was absolutely incredible. and the front desk staff! Beloved was such a great hospitality professional.

Ambience, spacious, well designed, excellent toilet and very beautiful connected rooms with Kitchenette. Good for families. Nice programs. Very Good Coffee Shop. Excellent Golf Course.
Delay in attending for guest phone requests. Not good refills of amenities in the room, I had a problem with ants nearby the kitchenette.

Your staff was exceptional! In previous years, I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Naples and the Four Seasons in Orlando but your staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family. We had a lengthy wait at the Bull & Bear but we were a large party of ten on Thanksgiving evening. With that being said, I highly recommend providing larger parties with small children faster service to avoid any tantrums brought on by hunger or lack of beverages.
