I love this property and location and that there is a golf course and pool that are accessible. The Bull and Bear is a family favorite. We ate there twice in the three days we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed.
The cost has risen substantially since 2025. The cost for luxury items is up everywhere, but the rate increase of 133.8% is a lot for most people to manage.
It was the perfect break from the hectic parks. Everything was perfect.
A simple trim (haircut) was very overpriced and not great neither.
Whilst the property is beautiful it is very disappointing that despite numerous emails I have not been refunded my holding deposit. It was meant to be reimbursed after departure but I have not received it and my emails have gone unanswered.
Holding deposit not returned when hotel reception staff said it would be returned promptly.
Great location and shop on property. Great staff, very attentive and helpful.

Not as premium as expected. Long waiting lines at breakfast, shuttle bus did not go early enough for early access ticket to Magic Kingdom. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel is nice, a bit lacking in any character. Downstairs bar is nice and food is lovely there. But no sense of welcome generally in the hotel.
The ducks were pooping in the pool constantly while swimming there. Yes, difficult to comprehend in a 5 star hotel. I did complain, but was told ducks are protected and they couldn’t do anything to remove them, but that apparently extends to not cleaning the pool up either! It is covered with duck poop!
