Cons (-) Window blinds/curtains didn’t work (they are fully electrical), room waa in complete darkness and we were unable to see the outside despite booking a high floor room. We asked the staff to fix it TWICE but none of the times was solved and no alternative was offered. It was like living in a closed shoe box during 3 days AND PAYING FOR IT!

Pros (+) It was convenient to the baseball stadium. The staff was nice.
Cons (-) The room was very small, bed was very uncomfortable. The website and the iPad stated it had a mini fridge in the room, my husband out his insulin pen in the "fridge" and when he went to use it in the morning it was warm. When we called the front desk they told us it was a cooler not a fridge. Not what the iPad or website states. My husband had to throw away his insulin pen because it was now bad. ...

Pros (+) Phenomenal location with some great facilities. Staff were incredibly accommodating. Room was very small but not really a huge surprise for the location. Comfortable bed!
