Wasn’t told there was a charge for breakfast so was not happy when I got charged $50 for two breakfast

A perfect location and great for remote workers. The rooftop pool was also excellent.
I needed a late checkout and while I understand they need to charge, they only allow the late checkout for 2 PM.

Honestly the room was perfect. It was very small but it was super clean and modern. We didn’t need anything more.
The only issue is that there is no parking on site. Thankfully staff was able to direct us to a parking garage nearby. I just wouldn’t recommend if you are going to have a lot of luggage since you will be walking with it or trying to drop off on a very busy corner. Other than that we LOVED it.
Location was awesome and justifies the price. Right in the heart of Brickell. Loved also how seamless everything in the hotel worked.
Cleanliness could have been a bit better, also having the lobby in the first floor instead of the second would have been a bit better
I really enjoyed the hotel. It was very clean, very modern. I loved the technology in the room (iPad controlled lights, TV, blackout shades, etc). Access to water / seltzer on the 20th floor. Location and style.

It was clean
You couldn't tell where the hotel was. If you're from out of town, you literally have to ask people on the street or get out your vehicle to walk around to find it. That's what my driver had to do. And my driver was from That area. So if he couldn't find Someone from out of town would have the same problem. Perhaps a better Sign or blinking lights, arrows or something.
