The Pool on property was better than I expected. The front desk team was amazing. I would like to recognise “Alex and Mae”, they were both extremely helpful. Who ever hired them definitely made the right decision!!!!!!
The thing I didn’t like was actually my fault, I was staying at your hotel for two nights in between cruises and it was way too far from the Cape Canaveral Cruise Port. It was expensive to uber from and then back to the cruise port two days later.
I didn’t like to pay for the parking
Almost everything however the line for breakfast was a little irritating. Also no security check was done to see if you actually were a resident in the Hotel. Other than that great facilities and very close to Disney without the resort fees
The pool was dirty, so much so guests were cleaning it. A blower and a pressure wash would be whats needed. Just some one to net the pool and collect all the mulch that has blown in
Hanna, she was the best part of my visit. She was very understanding and went above and beyond to fix my situation for the first night. The review should not reflect her but others who don't take the time to make sure all is in order
Bed bugs and dirty sheets. Bed not made properly. Sheets coming off. AC very tricky to work, sink not draining properly. Food cold for breakfast. Oatmeal was soup.
Everything! This is probably the BEST place I've stayed at in Orlando from the room to the pool to the breakfast to the snacks on Wednesday night!
They need more handicap parking. Only 4 spaces😕
Clean , easy check in, it looked like an excellent breakfast. We didn’t eat though.
