Pros (+) The property was beautiful and the room was lovely and very comfortable. The staff were all amazing, friendly and always had impeccable service from everyone we interacted with.
Cons (-) We felt that the hotel could have offered more complementary items/breakfast for the price point. And while the onsen was beautiful, it was overrun with loud young children that altered the experience.

This was my first time in Kyoto and what an experience. The staff, housekeeping, dining and spa were amazing. I will most definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an amazing resort!
