The property was beautiful and the room was lovely and very comfortable. The staff were all amazing, friendly and always had impeccable service from everyone we interacted with.
We felt that the hotel could have offered more complementary items/breakfast for the price point. And while the onsen was beautiful, it was overrun with loud young children that altered the experience.

The lack of storage space inside the basic room. If you have large suitcases from a long trip it won’t suffice.
The service was exemplary. The property was so nice. The restaurants were excellent. The spa and mineral baths were amazing. The lighting throughout the hotel was phenomenal.
