Pros (+) The beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel was clean, well-equipped, and convenient.
Cons (-) Need another area for adults to relax. Expected, but lots of hyper teens!

Pros (+) Beautiful resort, very clean and busses to and from universal are extremely convenient
Cons (-) The food was not very good at the restaurant. We waited almost 40 minutes and then I think they forgot our order.

Pros (+) It is a very nice hotel with everything that you need for a good stay, very close to Epic Universe, which was the park we were visiting, with free shuttles to that park and to the other universal parks

Pros (+) The pool was big, lifeguards were friendly, rooms were nice, shuttle was convenient
Cons (-) This hotel is advertised as being part of universal but it is run by a different company, as a result and experience that I thought would be seamless with far from it. They were unable to accommodate very basic needs, such as different pillows.

Pros (+) Easy convenient locations, good outside bar with solid drink menu, busses were on time and made park travel very easy.. nice café with basic essentials.
