Great room. Love the barn door shower. Easy in/out for my parked car. Lovely swimming pool and spa.
The prices at the lobby coffee shop are waaaaaay to high... over $4 for 4 Oreo cookies. The beds could have been a bit more plush. Wish the walls were a bit more sound proof.

The rooms where not as sound proof as I would have liked. They cleaned,and replaced towels every other day
Nice modern hotel, good facilities and layout. Very convenient for Epic Universe and the other Universal Parks. The rooms are a good size and well laid out. The pool and hot tub are a great feature after a day in the parks.
The hotel reception area is a bit sterile and does not have enough comfortable seating. The cafe area can get too full, with insufficient tables at busy times. Food is not cheap in the hotel and the Starbucks was quite costly too.
