The front desk staff was amazing with trying to accommodate early check in. Also the bed was so comfortable and the shower was super nice.
The streets in the neighborhood looked a little sketchy at night but during the day totally fine.
Hotel was beautiful and bartenders were nice, friendly and welcoming
Great location
We didn’t get keys until the second day, and our room wasn’t cleaned until the third day. We could also hear music and construction pretty loudly in the bathroom through the vents
Comfortable bed, great location with plenty of restaurants and bars in walkable distance, trendy modern vibe, short Uber to the cruise port.
We were on the third floor, facing the street, and there was a lot of street noise from early in the morning which meant we didn't get the lie-in we were hoping for.
It is nice modern, good choice for ond night sleep over for family. Games in the lobby etc. Room is small really just to stay for one night if you are 4 people. But the design and overall quality was worth it.
The main downside is the price. We paid over 400,-USD. I would say tha pruce around 200-250,- would be more reasonable.
The available extras outside the lift area such as ear plugs, tooth brushes etc.
Signage from level 1 to 2nd floor reception could be better with better signage in the lift. Surprised that room wasn’t serviced following the 1st night stay. English breakfast tea would also be preferable rather than flavoured tea bags which would likely be the preference of UK guests.
