The location was fantastic! The room was modern, and the rooftop pool was amazing! They offer a free alcoholic drink or a bottle of water, in addition to a bar. The establishment was clean and smelled wonderful.
Finding the entrance was slightly difficult; it was unclear about the pool hours, and it was unclear if breakfast was included, as the front desk stated it was à la carte. The pool does close rather early at 8 pm.
I absolutely loved my stay! The staff was amazing, especially Anthony he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The stash closet literally was everything!!!! And we took some really cute pictures because the design of everything was so cute and aesthetically pleasing. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, which made the experience even better.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I had an amazing experience from beginning to end.
The hotel was so beautiful, clean and the staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Since arrived told them the cristal shower curtain fud not closed and opened. Give apologize, but unable to fix.
Hotel is clean, nice pool area and staff was very friendly.

We reserved 2 rooms for 5 family members each room, done weeks before ours travels. We communicated with the hotel and were assured the rooms will accommodate our families. When we arrived at 5pm the day of, the hotel did not have the rooms we reserved, only one room with two beds. The rooftop pool deck was lovely, I had the place to myself and it was very relaxing. The staff was very helpful as well. In terms of location, very walkable to all the high spots in the Wynwood neighborhood as you're in the heart of it.
I think a bit more warning about how loud the restaurant is up on their 7th floor. I was on the 6th floor, right underneath and it sounded like a nightclub every night. If you're looking for a quiet hotel, this is not it - all the surrounding activity in the neighborhood is very loud and everything is open late.
