Overall, the hotel is decent. The room is spacious, and the location is fantastic for enjoying the beach and nearby restaurants. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. When I checked in, the receptionist assigned me a room without mentioning the view outside the window, which was cluttered with equipment and looked quite messy. a good location and convenient for us to explore this city.
Layout of room was fantastic. Bathroom in particular great.
Wind noise perhaps a bit worse than very new buildings.
The location was exceptional, the staff were very helpful.
The facilities, hot water was barely hot, but the room itself due to lack of ventilation is very hot and stuffed. The control of the lighting was very clunky.
The lounge was great, food good and happy hour was long. Overall the staff was good . Breakfast has many varieties of food. Good location within the city.
I had issues with cooling and had to move suites, but the issue was resolved. Otherwise, everything else was great.
